We (the HOA) let this company go from our 224 unit townhome community in late 2020. They did not have the man power or leadership to adequately service a community of our size. In early 2020, our lawns were completely brown (I have pictures to show it). Come to find out there were dozens of buried or inoperable irrigation heads and the irrigation schedule was set up incorrectly. All of this even though we were paying hundreds of dollars per month for a monthly "irrigation inspection" which was supposed to check all of this. Additionally, this company was responsible for spraying and fertilizing the turf. However, we found out that they had not done so for a 7 month stretch, even though they continued to collect $1,200 a month from the HOA for these services (which they did repay at our demand). They struggled with basic mowing and trimming...they didn't keep up with the trimming rotations that we agreed on in writing. Put simply, they are not a good option if you are an HOA. They might be fine for single family homes but they can't keep enough crew members to service a large property and they don't have the best management.
