              After agreeing to try their weight loss program, I was diagnosised with severe anemia which requires a specified diet and infusion treatments. I had not received any supplements as told I would receive. My first appointment was a comedy of errors and it was a waste of 2 1/2 hours of my time. After meeting with their proclaimed nutritionist, who is not licensed or educated as such, to explain health issues and instructions from my hematologist she back peddled about program. I asked to withdraw from program and told I could not. My hematologist attempted to speak with Dr A****** or manager of practice, no one would speak with her. I'm frustrated being forced to pay for a service that I can not use since I'm facing long term treatment that will involve waiting for a bone marrow transplant and I will not do anything to me being placed on the nationwide transplant list or completing my transplant. My anemia issue is a permanent issue that can only be treated by a transplant.
