    We paid to have nine new windows installed and three doors. They were installed on 10/11/22. The next morning we noticed window defects in every window and one door. We immediately called the salesman we purchased them from. He told me he would contact his Supervisor and report it. He followed up with a text message to see if I was contacted by their Office and I told him no. He again said he'd call them and checked again with me again today 10/18/22. They have not so much as called me. I called the credit card company and asked them to file a dispute with the charge based on the condition of the windows they sold us. They agreed to file the dispute. Each window has scratches like this photo inside the two panes of glass.

    I am forwarding this email to clarify that my complaint against Window World of Volusia County has been resolved. Thank you for the assistance I this matter.

    On Sept 12, after 13 months, many futile attempts at communication with Window World, and 3 installation visits (during which installers broke 1 window each of the first 2 times), WW finished installing windows.
    I asked the final installer when there would be an inspection. They told me in the next 2 weeks.
    1 week later, the installation mgr called at 6:15pm for my final payment. I told him i was out shopping & could not do the payment and that I was waiting for the inspection.
    On Sept 27 they filed a lien on my house for the $1500 balance. 3 weeks later, they finally called to schedule the inspection.
    I have called twice to rectify this, and my voicemails go unanswered.
    This service is not done until the inspection is complete and they put a lien on my house.
