  So back in June they left a flyer on the door. My mom wanted some trees trimmed and some trees removed. So Andrew came by and looked around and said the job would cost $1,000. Of course the day of the job and he then upped the price to $2,000. My mom unfortunately paid because she was desperate and wanted the job done.
  
  He said they'd get rid of the tree next to the shed, well now its growing again. My mom said she would like some more stuff trimmed on a different day, Andrew agreed he'd stop by. He hasn't returned any phone calls or anything.
  
  I found a negative review on google similar to what we experienced. My mom has been calling them or Andrew since late June and no response.

  After reviewing our call records and file on this customer here is what happened…. Tree Kings Florida made and agreement with Mrs. ****** for $1,000 for tree removal. The day of the job, while the crew was working on her property, our representative explained to her that their were other liabilities on the property that she might want to address while she had our crew present. Upon further review, Mrs. ****** decided that she wanted to add an additional $2,000 worth of work that we discounted to $1,000 because we were already working on her property. We never raise the price of an agreement, the customer added extra work. As far as the concern of a bush growing back in the area we worked, we do not guarantee that trees/shrubs won’t grow back in someone’s yard, we are simply hired for the initial removal. There is no way to protect someone against nature resurfacing itself. As far as the claimed “attempts to reach us on this complaint,” we went through our call logs and the company or our representative have not received a single call since the day of the requested service. This is simply untrue. We in fact have reached out multiple times after receiving this complaint on BBB with texts and phone calls to the son and mother and nobody answers or responds. At this time there is no required action in this claim, we have completed our agreement. However if the customer would like to further discuss , they can reach us at ************ any time.

  Ok, so we talked to Andrew from Tree Kings. It was a HUGE misunderstanding on our part. My mom has been calling the wrong number from a different tree business card. Please delete the complaint/review. or mark it as resolved. I had no intentions of leaving a negative review in anyway shape or form.
  
  Andrew did specify he found more work that needed to be done and my mom agreed to it. But yes, this was a HUGE mess up on our end. So if the BBB could please mark this as resolved or delete my review. Whichever is easier.
