    ArborView representative Kelly offered services of this company to cut down and remove two trees from the front yard of our property. The offer was initially for $1,800 which included removal of the debris and grinding of the two stumps. Grinding of the stumps was to be performed by Kelly's father acting as a subcontractor for ArborView. I contacted Kelly to accept the offer about 1 week later. At that time the owner, Franco asked if we could renegotiate the same job for $2,000 which I accepted. Franco also said the city would remove the debris. They cut down the two trees and stacked the debris along the front of our property for removal. The crew did an excellent job but the debris is still here over 6 weeks later and the stumps have not be ground. The city wants $205 for removal. All attempts to contact Franco have been ignored. I have called, texted, and even stopped at the address listed for the company. I only want the job to be completed according to our agreed upon terms. The debris needs to be removed either by ArborView removing the debris or paying the city. The two stumps need to be ground.
