    This is the only correspondence that we received from All of the above tree service and bobcat service llc.  It states that 2 leads were to be removed from our live oak tree, in fact we asked them to remove 1 limb, not to kill the tree. hat the tree service was willing to do for us was to finish removing the tree and waive the $400 fee to remove the limb. I asked if they had insurance to **ver this type of thing and they said no, that we should accept the fact that we don't have to pay them the $400 and thats all that they would be willing to do for us except provide a very small tree in its place (He indicated approximately a 4' tree).On May 10, 2025, I had a FL Certified Arborist, **** *******, Arborist #FL-9862-A **me out to assess the tree that was taken down, he looked at the ***** and took a number of photos with him. He sent me the attached report stating that his approximation of value for this 55' tall tree which was in good **ndition when it was removed to be approx. $6,000.00. In good faith, if they would pay me 1/2 of its stated value by the expert, I would accept $3,000.00 as a settlement and call it a day.
