*********************** painted my roof on mobile home on 12/18/23. On 12/22/23 it rained and leaked. He said they would all be fixed. He said he was at my house on 12/31/23 and put more produce on the roof. I told him not to come that day as I would not be home. He said he was there but no record of it on my house camera and no product was put on roof.. He refuses to tell me the brand and kind of paint. I have asked numerous times. He even told me he has a patent for the paint he uses and developed it himself. I don't think he used paint that should have been used and did not power wash the roof before. I paid *******. He did give me **** back but is a scammer. His sister wanted a text stating that is all I want (he borrowed money from her) I sent but still feel I should get my other 800 dollars back. He did the same thing to my neighbor (were both senior citizens that live in an over 55 mobile home park) who he has not given any money back. He is now working in ********* ******* area. His company names are under Advanced Roof Restoration and Advanced Roof Solutions. He has 3 other different phone numbers and one ad shows a License of *********. That was from one year ago. He doesn't even deserve a 1 for the review. Other Numbers are *****************-301-9753, ************ besides the ************ number. His name is ***********************. He says is lives in ***********, *******. As you can see from the pictures the paint is already running off. He showed me a sample of the paint that when it cures should be about 1/4 inch. This paint when dried is flat and not thicker than house paint. I want this guy stopped from talking others out of their money. He is a smooth talking scammer! He cursed at my neighbor many times when he tried to get his money back. He will be filing his own complaint. From reading other reviews he seems to be doing the exact same thing for others. He was at my house from 8:30 - 9:30. That is not enough time to power wash and paint a roof on a double wide mobile home.

In November 2022 Wolf owner of Arc ********************* came to spray a roof coating, at the price of $6,100, on the flat portion of the roof. He also cleaned the tiles. The flat roof coating was paper thin, not at all the sample piece he assured me would be sprayed on, which was at least 1/4" thick, and within a year it is cracking and peeling. A crack developed under the roof area and the paint on the ceiling is bubbling and flaking off. **** claimed the crack came from us, the home owner, stomping on his work. His 15 year warranty is to protect against cracking and peeling, however, **** refuses to honor the warranty or repair the damage. He threatens and cusses during phone conversations. He says he will come out to repair then does not show and claims he has no money for the repair. Stay away from this firm. They will only take your money and make things worse. Con and thief !!

ARC Roof Restoration was to come out during the Thanksgiving week to address the issue.  When ***********************, Owner, did not show I telephoned him at all of his 3 telephone numbers.  He told me he did not have the money to fix ******* issue and to stop calling him.  He also said that his attorney would forward photos to prove that he spent hours on *******.  Nothing came, nor did he spend hours on *******.  The maximum time he spent was approximately 5 hours. My son, who was at home at the time, can confirm this. He continued to say although I had a warranty and his product flaked and split, he would not repair anything.  He also blamed the flaking paint on the ceiling inside on other issues and denied that his failed product led to this indoor eye-sore.  I thank you for the trying to help me with this $6,100 mistake, meaning me trusting this company.

On April 18, 2023, Advanced Roof Restoration (ARC) came to apply an acrylic roof coating on our roof for 3500.00. We also paid 100.00 extra for them to remove a tarp on the roof making the total 3600.00. After they sprayed the roof, they told us not to walk on it for 10 days. He also said that he would be back on the 21st to apply extra coating on each screw with a thick brush. He never came back. After 7 days we still had a roof leak. We called and he did not come back. After the 10 days we got up on a ladder to find a poor "paint" job. He did not even remove the duct tape or clean the roof before "coating" was sprayed. After calling again he came out and removed the duct tape leaving the old brown color showing through. He said he would be back to fix it and he never returned. I sent a certified letter to him but have never heard a word back. We were told that it was an acrylic coating being put on our roof, but, when he spoke to our son he said he only painted the roof. Painting should have been cheaper than an acrylic coating and therefore we would need some money back. And the poor job shows in the picture.
