I used this company because the owner lives in my complex. There were many damages and violations. The owner was nasty and after the damage was done said "we don't want to do business with you anymore. The owner's GF/manager admitted to me no walk through inspections by herself were ever done. They would not stand behind their word. I thought since he was my neighbor they would take care of my property. They rented 3 times weekly which Is not allowed in Volusia in my area THE ***** WERE SENDING ME WARNINGS EVERY WEEK.. I asked the owner to reimburse me part of the commissions because they didn't do their job. no inventory sheet no inspections. VERY poor cleaning used a different person every time. I paid for a service that I didn't get. I tried to Email call and text but he was always just too busy. they left my condo unlocked for a month AND A HALF ALL SLIDERS WERE UNLOCKED. i HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES FOR A SECOND CLEAN BECAUSE THE *** WAS DONE SO POORLY. TO THIS DAY HE HAS REMAINED UNRESPONSIVE TO MY REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION FOR BROKEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS. They are extremely unprofessional and will rent to anyone with a card. I had to fight them over taking a security deposit but they refunded all deposits without any inspections. There were many things but to name a few foil in the microwave. a CAT in my condo a lot of parties and turned my balcony into .a gym? Moved the furniture all around lost the pieces to some of the furniture which they took apart. crossed my Hot cold water lines to my washer. Left the water on a month and a half between tenants and myself.. I recommended them to others who had worse problem than I did. I DO NOT SEE HOW THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH THE WEEKLYS AND THIS IS LAW. I did try to resolve this but he was rude and she basically said" what do you want me to do about it" I have been working on getting it in order and gave up on them doing anything about it. BUYER BEWARE. Most in my building HAVE FIRED THEM .i GAVE UP ON ANY COMENSATION
