    My husband, ****** ******, and I paid Nexmed $13,800 for neuropathy treatment, only to have the clinic abruptly close its doors with 8 weeks of treatment remaining. Despite our persistence, Nexmed offered a partial refund of $400, a fraction of what we are owed. Their lack of explanation and unresponsiveness to our concerns is unacceptable. Clearly, Nexmed has engaged in deceptive and unethical practices, and we demand accountability. We must ensure that others do not fall victim to similar mistreatment. We want to complain to you as the BBB and bring attention to this unjust behavior.

    This patient was never a patient at NexMed located in ************. You can clearly see on the documents they provided that they went to an office in *******. After a search of patient records, that patient and her husband were never found as patients at our facility in *************
