    The contractor (Peter Radowsky) has been pushing us off and keep extending the completion date that is stated in the contract. The project was not even started on the supposedly start date on the contract because he claims that he did not have the supplies. The project was supposed to be completed by 6/23/2025, but was not done so, leading to delays in the delivery of the pool spa that we ordered. And now that the pool spa has been delivered, he is blaming the delivery crew for the failure of the posts, saying that they didnt put the posts back in place, when it wasnt the delivery crews job to do it. He was notified and well aware that the delivery was going to happen in that specific date, and yet he didnt come to take off the posts to make way for delivery or even check on the project after the delivery. It wasnt until 4days later when he came then told us that the posts are no longer good. Now that I gave him an ultimatum to just get the job done by the completion date that he set, or give us our money back, he went missing and does not respond to our messages and phone calls anymore.

    He just sent an email terminating the contract and stopped responding to negotiations. Like previously stated he was paid for about 90% of the contract amount when the project is about only halfway done. He did not follow what was written on the scope of practice and refuses to respond when asked for completion of what was paid him for. The contract specifically says that a 30day written has to be provided, and this is supposed to be for closing out the contract properly. Since he has stopped responding, this is considered abandonment...
