    Absolutely horrible customer service, no matter who you speak with they are all ignorant and couldnt care less about the people who paid for their order. I received a package from them and a soon as we picked the package up we could tell it was empty and then to notice it was already opened. They did an investigation and told me I had to pay the money because it was delivered and not tampered with. This place is pathetic so now im out over $200 and there is no type of justice to the person who took my items.

    Purchased an item I didn't receive. Filed complaint with he **** claim Number ******** for a delivery I never received. Says delivered and nothing was in mailbox or near it. Notified saks right after delivery time while talking to rep on phone about situation. Then receive email saying they aren't going to do anything about the order.

    I placed an order for ****** the order was marked delivered but was apparently delivered to the wrong address because I did not receive it. I reached out and was denied a refund or replacement because its showing delivered. I can see from the tracking that it was delivered but it was not delivered to my house. $200 is way too much money to just let go I need a refund or replacement asap and will not stop until this is resolved appropriately

    Hope I can give this company zero stars. ordered online, never received the item. when you track it it shows in transit to next facility but is stalled and never moved for 8 days. **** would not refund my money and wanted me to wait until item is delivered, REALLY! spoke to 3 or 4 different reps, all said there is NO supervisor that I can talk to. all promised they will look into it. Alas it has been 2 wks, SAKS still has my money, I still dont have the item. All they are doing is coming up with case numbers that really they dont resolve.

    False Advertising! The Saks Off Fifth online website read an additional 25% with FRIENDS code. When the code was entered for check out, the msg read that the code was invalid. After sending a time stamped screen shot to one of the customer service representative with whom I spoke and speaking with a manager, they refused to honor the code, stating that this was a glitch with their website. This, irrespective of the fact that both the customer service reps and the manager stated that the website glitch had been corrected. However, I checked before ending the conversation and the promotion was still displayed with the item I wanted to purchase. Having made purchases previously, I was highly disappointed with the decision not to honor the displayed promotion.
    This was a poor management decision, as I will make no future purchases from Saks Off Fifth.

    My order was not delivered. I was given a tracking number --10 days post purchase -- that declared my order was fulfilled 5 days previously, which was technically impossible. Customer service has been so sporadic and bogus- is this even real?
    I feel cheated, and scammed.
    This company uses phishing techniques to advertise on ******** Marketplace and should not be trusted.
    Not satisfied in the least.

    I ordered some items from them and I’ve never received them, but in the tracking page it said it’s been delivered. I called their customer service couple of times and spent couple hours talking to them, they filed a claim for me and each time after couple days I received an email saying that we didn’t approve your claim. I don’t even know how and why they can do that. It was 2orders in the same day, and of course worth around $1400. It wasn’t my first time shopping at Saks off but it was the 1st time that I didn’t get my items. Also I live in an apartment building and we always have packages gone missing, that’s why we have a big locker room and we actually pay for it so they can put our packages inside that, but this time they decided to leave it behind my door and by the time I got home from work nothing was there. I work hard for my money and it makes me so mad that they’re this irresponsible towards their customers. I want my money back and I’ll try everything to get that and never gonna shop there again.

    Purchased 3 items online and didn’t like any of them. Returned all 3 via Fed Ex. Received a refund for 2 items but not a $90 pair of jeans. After 7 weeks, 11 phone calls, 6 emails and HOURS dealing with them, I’ve been told that my refund is not approved. I have tracking and proof of return. I was given the back and forth, “this will be escalated”, “you will hear back from us in 48 hours” and so on. They literally drag it out longer and longer. I have 0 recourse other than to dispute the charge on my credit card. This company is the worst! They are crooks! Do not order anything online!!!!! Buyer beware. They stole $90 from me and could not care less.

    I ordered the Gottex Swimwear, Golden Touch Side Tie One-Piece Swimsuit. it is a final sale and I cannot return it. However, the item I received is totally unacceptable. The hygiene pad on the swim suite was removed. there were yellow stains all over at the bottom of the suite. It Looks so disgusting and I have to wash my hand after touching it. I will have to throw it into the trash...
