After being a customer for a couple of years they all of a sudden sent me to collections without even reaching out to me. When I wet to my bank statements I was charged $100 weekly like agreed by Dawn. March 11th they stated that the payment bounced due to the bank account being closed but I still have that account open so I don't now why. So I was sent to collections and received a call from a debt collector stating that I owe over 5k which doesn't make sense. Either way why would my account be in collections from 1 payment of $100 is beyond me. I tried calling them to figure it out and Dawn B***** was so rude to me on the phone and then told me she could not talk to me since it was in collections. What I don't get is I just spoke to my social media director from the company like two days ago so Im just confused and nobody in the company can tell me what's going or trying to. Do not do business with this company! Everything you read is correct. They do horrible work once I fired them they hired a fake firm to sue me for over $14,000 even after they was fired within a month. I have constantly email and talked to them about their poor work. As a result I lost 3 very important sales and fired them. Once fired they hire a fake firm to threaten me even after firing them. This is a bad company who threatens their way into profits instead of letting the work speak for it's self. Save your time and money do not buy with them.Business response

There only became an issue when payments were no longer being made by your company. We made several attempts to cordially collect the money is due on the account. You signed an agreement and we are simply requesting that you fulfill your end of the agreement as we have ours. We are certainly willing to work with you and come up with a mutual agreement. I have contacted the owner, Andrew, multiple times to tell him that I'm not satisfied with the services his company has provided my company so far and he has not resolved the issue yet. I contacted him multiple times but he stopped taking my calls. I decided to use another number to call him and he finally returned my call because he didn't know it was me. He told me that he would call me back that same day and I didn't hear from him for over two weeks. I called him again and he answered this time and said that he would call me back the same day to help resolve my issues. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from him. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a scam and don't fulfill their part of the agreement. I have not received any customers from their ads since January 2021. I told Andrew that I cannot continue paying them every month when I'm not making money through their services like they said I would. Instead, I'm losing money and struggling financially.Business response

I have reviewed your account with your account managers and all the work is being done well and in a timely manner. Our only conversations about your agreement has been to cancel prior to the minimum term that you agreed to. We explained that is not possible, but we have some other options such as changing your existing service to another program or even reducing your rate. Looking back at our records, it looks like this has already been done once in the past as well. We are available to discuss some options with you when you have a chance.
