    Transaction was 10-24-23. I was told this company was a ******* website creator. They did not know basic english grammar, much less how to create a website. Sections of the website were still written in Lorem Ipsum. I asked for certain items to be corrected. When I contacted this business for services to resolve he issue on 6-27-24 I was asked to pay additional funds by **** ********* assistant ******. I have not received a response and do not expect to do so.

    These guys are scam artists. I contacted them in Nov. 23, to build a custom website for my E-store.They spent more time that first month trying to upsell me services. Sometimes hours would be wasted with upselling rather than website building.I paid them over $3,700.00....$702.00 was charged to my account without my approval. When I asked them for a refund they told me it would come in 7-10 days. It took repeated emails and calls to finally get that back, almost 2 months later.I was slingshotted to many different web designers over the past 6 months, getting hardly anything down.The "custom" website I thought I was getting, was just a template they used. 6 months later, the original template was still there and still not changed according to my instructions. They did do some work on the site and put down 9 of 26 products I sent them and had confirmation they received them. Finally, with no response from them, either by email or phone calls, nothing was done to the web site for over a month, ***** March 8th, 2024 to present day.I finally emailed that i wanted the guaranteed full refund and I was not going to use their services anymore as I needed my E-store up and running months ago. They had told me at first the site would be up and running in a month-month and a half.They refunded me only a portion of the money and owe me over $1,500.00 yet. If you call their number it would always go to voicemail for a "*********************". Another person that knows a friend in *******, **, sent him to check out their address and stated there is nothing there. Many reviews say they are great but it was found out that the good reviews were posted by employees of Websmith. There are also reviews of people having the same experience that I had, upselling, no product finished, lost money and no web sites produced. They are a total scam, always shaking your hand while ******* on your head. They need to be stopped before they scam more money from other unsuspecting folks
