I have been to Pet Paradise at a different location before. This was my first and last visit to this PP. I booked my dogs orientation day at the Orlando airport location online. I dropped him off in the morning after waiting 5 minutes for personnel to attend to us. They took his name and checked him in. I asked about the video stream and was referred to the website. Upon streaming later that day, I didn't find my dog. I called and they said they only streamed the smaller dogs in the morning, which is fine, but I was not told this. Upon pick up, it was my understanding that the orientation day would be complimentary. I booked the day in my account and it was the first time at this location. The receptionist said that I would need to pay the full amount since he had attended a PP elsewhere in the past. I then asked about a discount for airline workers since I was in town for orientation. Since I couldn't produce my airline Id because we just started, they were unable to honor an airline discount. When I asked about package pricing, each employee had a different rate and term. My dog was brought out to me and I received no information about his day. They did not seem to care about my dog. The other location I visited had provided a report card and verbal information about his day. I felt like he was a valued addition at the other location. I asked to speak to the manager, who provided no additional support or service so I asked for an additional supervisor. They referred me to the feedback email and phone. I tried to contact each on 7/13/22 and 7/14/22 with no response. Would avoid this daycare facility if at all possible. Horrible service and not sure if they care about the dogs, which was the whole point in taking him in the first place.
