      We arrived to our rental house on 8/7 and left on 8/20. When we arrived, the floors were sticky in some places and slippery in others. We also found a used condom in the pool area, and the pool filter wasn't working. We called to let ACO know the condition of the house and explained that someone needed to come to properly clean the floors so my elderly parents wouldn't slip, and clean the pool, because of the biohazard we found. They requested pictures and videos of all our concerns, which we sent. They sent out 1 person to clean floors, and she didn't bring the correct materials, so another person had to come. On the second day, a pool man came to fix the pool and it was instantly better. ACO then emailed us saying there was no issue with the pool, but they sent this person anyway (and wanted to charge us for him coming) even though we showed all the proof (before AND after photos and videos). So they charged us extra money for early check in, but we were dealing with hygene problems for the first 36 hours that we were there. During the two week stay, the pool filter input/output became reduced. We called and left a message (with no response), we called the following day and was told someone would come (no one did). We called them and emailed them repeatedly and they wouldn't even answer our phone calls. We asked for contact info for a manager and supervisor and were denied. These weren't small issues of a door in the bathroom cabinet missing (which existed), these were hygenic, cleanliness, biohazard concerns that were completely ignored. Today I was charged an additional $19.90. I asked what it was for but have not gotten a response. This was an unauthorized charge and we left the house better than we arrived. In total we were charged $3792.10 and spent several DAYS dealing with there filth and lack of preparedness and communication.

      I wish I could leave less the one star ! The are horrible ! Had to switch homes twice and STILL didnt have a working hot tub ! The dont answer the phone when they see your number on the caller ID and know you are having an issue and if they do answer there is no resolution or you cant hear or understand them ! SUCH A SHAME that the houses themselves are nice and close to the park but the customer servie is HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AWFUL !
