On the date of September 8th, 2022 I purchased a vehicle with Carsiri LLC. I traded in a Mercedes Benz 2016 CLA 250 to them and in return I purchased a 2010 Mercedes Benz Glk 350. Today is now November 16th 2022, more than two months later and the car that I have traded in has still not been paid off. The price stated that Carsiri would pay for what they called "trade in allowance" on our contract was $18,500. It also states in our contract that the "payoff made by seller" is $18,380.04. Neither one of these has shown to be true, and the balance on the 2016 Mercedes Benz CLA 250 is now $17,452.64. Luckily I am very attentive to my credit reports otherwise my credit would have been badly marked and negatively affected had I not made sure the payments were made on the trade in Vehicle sitting on Carsiri's lot. The staff here continues to redirect me constantly when I text or call regarding the payoff. It has been two months since the trade in vehicle (Mercedes Benz cla 250) has not been in my possession, yet now both cars are under my credit report and the bank is still holding me responsible for the payments on a car that is not mine any more. I am now sitting currently with a past due balance of $963.00 on the trade in vehicle that is sitting on Carsiri's lot. I do not want any superhero resolution, I just would like their end of the contract (to pay off my trade in vehicle) to be held up the same way that I held up my end of the deal as the buyer.Business Response

I do not accept this, as this is the same response I have been receiving from week to week with no outcome. I would like to see action taken rather than another false and empty statement regarding the payoff. As you see there is no specific day outlined as to when it will happen, or attempt to figure out how much overage is owed. It does not help me to wait one more week when I have waited over two months already.Initial Complaint

Straight scam artist. I came in with my own financing and they still ran my credit through their back which is now on my credit. They charged you $3000 dealer fee but can't tell you what those fees are for. All the paperwork is from New York as if I purchased the vehicle there. (Which I didn't I purchased in Orlando) My sale rep was a good guy just working for bad people. I've been trying to get a bill of sale from them since I purchased the car and still no paperwork just my financing paperwork for my back. I purchased a warranty from a company that still have not sent me any kind of paperwork so I don't no if it legit or not because they won't answer the phone. It took me over a month to get my car registered because the DMV said they have no record of it. I transferred my tag to this van. After call after call they reregistered the car with new plates that I didn't sign for so I'm not sure how these scammers did it but they did!!!! I needed a new key fob for the car. He's got the key fob but didn't pay to have the key cut. So if the fob stops working I'm locked out of the car. I paid the extra $100.00 to get the key cut and another key fob. If you look at the reviews they have it seems to be all the same complaint New York paperwork and no bill of sale and had to get car's registeredBusiness Response

If you used a bank that we use to secure financing, then its normal that the bank will ran the credit to determine the terms of financing. We apologize about any delays in registreing the car, but funding has to be secured before that takes place.. 1) You were already aware i had my own secure financing and you ran my finance threw your company after I told you not too.
2) What about my florida bill of sale! Not New York because I purchase the car here in florida but my paperwork says New York! I would like a copy of my Bill of sale!
3) I still have not received paperwork from this warranty company you sold me and the company won't answer the phone! Which I paid $1700.00 for.
4) What about the transfer of my tag that didn't take place and you had to reregister my car with new plates. Please answer all 4 issues if you can with facts!Initial Complaint

Not sure why customer is intent on blaming us for this one. When warranty is canceled, funds are mailed to lien older... if there's any overage then that amount is sent to customer from the bank. dealer doesnt get involved in the transaction.

I went and financed a car on 05/17/2022. At the end of the sale and all paperwork was signed the representative I worked with, Jason, told me to lie to************ (the bank I'm financing with) and tell them to report I got the car in New York. After reviewing my paperwork it does all say New York. Now CarSiri is trying to say I need to completely refinance my car with their bank in Florida (funny huh) voiding my down payment and what I've paid. After looking into some legal work and calling Capital One to discover my loan was still active. I decided against reaching out to them until I had some clarity on what to do. They are now threatening to repo my car even though my loan is still active and Capital One has stated they didn't cut off my loan or demand it to be paid in full. What are they trying to hide or cover exactly? A google review shows another women going through the same exact thing.Business Response

We apologyse about the way you were talked to perhaps. but all we did is offer you to refinance the car since Cap1 no longer wanted your loan and we were forced to buy it out. We are still hoping cs will contact us to resolve this matter in a fair and peaceful matter. we are NOT trying to take the car or increase the agreed amount. all we trying to do is to resolve the issue.

On December 30 2021 11am Inwent to a car shop called ******** and looked at but in order for me to do the paper work i had to go to their other shop called Carsiri i kept asking can i take the car out on the road to test it out and also to see the ******* on the caR because when i saw the caR on cargurus it had 1 previous owner. So i kept asking for it but didnt get. I really needed a car i even told him what i was looking for and if had anything else. I was in the shop for at least 8 hrs. By the i gave them $5000 and walked out with no vehicle because they had to fixed things on the cR and they will drop it off to my house next day when they check engine light came on and there was a leak coming from the bottom. I calld the dealer told them. They where closed til Monday. So i took it to my mechanic and he said from what see so far your oil leak and valve cover gasket needs to be fixed take back to them and you need. 4 new tires. When i went back to the shop i told what was wrong and he told me they will take care of it.
car has been in the shop 5 times be held there for weeks at a time since I bought it and right now as of July 28th 2022 we speak all the lights are on in the car. The mechanic they had to fix my car didn't fix it then they said you have a warranty use it and go to a another repair shop so I did and now I still can't get the car fixed because paper work on the warranty is no good so they need the dealership to approve it. The warranty people are also saying that I bought the car in Riverhead NY but i didnt i purchased the car at Carsir 902 N semoran blvd Orlando Fl And since June 6 the dealership has not done anything to take care of this matter. So I just want my money back and whatever I paid for the finance. And pain and suffering an loss wages. Right now unable to drive with out my hazard lights on to go to the store or doctors. I had to pay for ubers and rentals to go far distance places.Business Response

Warranty letter 8/29/2022
They had the mechanic do work that he can not show proof that was done i asked for receipts and still nothing. I was also told that the mechanic is a piece of shit. His words you have also have your own warranty if you want your car fixed go to another mechanic so i did. They tried to get in touch with warranty to get work started. When contacting them everyday and they said something is wrong we need clarification from the dealership you bought the car from. Documents show that i bought the car in Riverhead NY then its shows that I bought it from Carsiri 902 N Semoran blvd. The warranty can not move forward with the repairs because of dealership. Warranty company #*************** claim #******. I went to the dealership over and over to take care of this situation so i do have to be bothered with them no more and part ways with them for lying to me from day one. Like i said i was there in their office the last time I was at the dealership was August 4th to see why they have not got in contact with warranty so i called while i was there i let them speak to them and they will take care of it and send me a response in email never heard since and i called to see what was the delay and im still getting the same response they are going to take care of it. So now im paying for a warranty that i can't use. No where because they have not taking care of the situation on their side. As if today September 1,2022 11:47am the warranty company has not heard from the selling dealership or recieved the documents requested. And I went to another repair shop because as I was try to drive to the store my car was slowing down and making a lot of noise and here is what they said as well.

We can keep going back and forth but this a serious situation that has my life and my family's life involved. The mobile mechanic # ********** the dealership is talking about work onsite with them and works on many cars in the back of the dealership including mine the mechanic has been working on my car since before i bought it. The mechanic has his own warranty on my car and I was told by the mechanic if I have anything mess up come to him. I have been doing so and his response is talk to AJ also now he doesn't answer his phone it always goes to voicemail. I can't get any paper work or receipts from him on anything that he has done to this car to this day he has not returned any of my messages. When i told the dealership the boss AJ who dealt this whole bad deal to me from day one the only thing he fixed was the tires. AJ told me to go find a new mechanic don't mess with this guy (mechanic) use your own warranty to fix the car. The warranty people just need him to fix the paper work so that they can move forward with the services to get the car fixed since he doesn't want to give me my money back. No one should buy cars from him because he definitely does care about his customers just the money and reading google reviews proves it. I wish i had never met them because my life has been hell since dealing with this car breaking down slowing down while driving waking up everyday crying just because of the biggest mistake i made and finding out the dealership that i thought would give me good car after everything i said i need it for also did not want to deal with until it was time is the regular tune up and stuff that needed to be done regularly. But what i get is car that needs major work and a warranty that dont work a lying dealership and a mechanic who switched up and left the scene. and wants no parts in the situation. I had Doctors appt all week. This weeks car special is the oil pressure light comes on and says turn off engine. So i have to stop somewhere turn off the car for 5min to proceed to my destination and praying it turns back on. Please AJ Dealership Carsiri 902 n semoran blvd Orlando fl do your job and take care of the paperwork. So I can get my car fixed.
