      I completed the purchase of a vehicle from Benji Auto Sales and the vehicle was meant to be picked up 10/02 and delivered on 10/07. It is currently 10/09 and the dealer cannot tell me where the vehicle is nor are they able to get in touch with the transport driver. Now with Hurricane ****** coming in I'm no longer sure I would be able to accept the car as I am unsure the car would arrive without water damages.

      WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Ever buy a car from this place you will regret it. Worst customer service I have ever had. They sold me a car and will not give me the title. I have called over 50 times. You cant talk to anyone. They just transfer you to someone who will not answer, have a mailbox that is full or they bit you on hold for over an hour. I had one guy who was acting like the phone was being disconnected when I know it wasnt. Now I have to pay a lawyer to get the courts to issue me a title. I wish I read these reviews first. It looks like this is what they do to most. Worst place!

      Purchased a vehicle in July 2024 and traded in another. The company has not paid my loan payoff on my trade-in but has my car posted on their website for sale. *** reached out to the dealership numerous times via email Text phone Voicemail social media. No one is returning my call. *********** said no one has reached out to them to discuss the loan payoff. Its been 30 days. My credit is about to get hit because of this late payment thanks to them. After googling the business, I've realize that this is an ongoing situation with multiple individuals when it comes to not getting the trade-ins paid off. This is disgusting for a business to sabotage their customers.

      Terrible experience did not know what i was getting into. Car damage and parts all around inside. Also stole my property i left in backseat. I had a camera uninstalled 100$ and seat cushions all taken.

      Extremely unethical form of doing business by forcing people into contracts to make their deals. They discriminate woman and they have ruthless women to push their envelope. Once the loan was completely paid off by another lender they still hold out the ultimate manuvdring of when to refund any contracts such as GAAP and others. They clearly sated they're at right by Law but the lender they used Global Mending is clearly a predatory lender that even after every ***** is paid both BENJI and Global Lending take part is pulling it apart and not finalize payment to the customer. I've no interest in dealing with these types of organizations which take advantage of women during the ***** times, gagging on prices and lenders with bad practices like Global Lending. A review will follow for Global Lending as well which at this point I'm sure they're in cooperation with Benji auto sales to mistreat me till the end when the money is due from GAAP by law

      The company stole property from me and on top of that sold me a car with tons of damage and lights on dash. I cannot contact manager or my dealer I have only spoke with service manager. Who did not do the repairs were said. Car was dropped off with no gas undriveable check engine light on and was pushed to a near gas station.

      Benji auto sales sent me mail claiming I won a 75" smart **. I went to claim my ** and I was told they lied to me by a Benji auto sales worker. They made me use $10 in gas for my van and made me waste my time. The worker acted like it was no big thing to have false scratch off tickets given to people and was actually bold enough to try and sell me a vehicle. I told the worker I am not interested in buying a car from a company that has lied in writing from the very start to me. I feel I am owed the ** I won. I have pictures of the mail and the parking lot Benji auto sales is using to scam people.

      I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica on August 14th for $27,235. I wired $25K on August 14th and the remainder ($2,235) was put on my credit card when it shipped on August 22nd. After the car arrived (August 25th), it had hail damage that was not disclosed and was missing items that were specifically agreed to be included. Missing were a 2nd key, Floor mats and one of the tires was a cheap spare. Additionally the interior was dirty and had not been detailed. I reached out to the Sales Manager at Benji Auto (*********************) and he assured me he would make it right given his sales person provided false information about the vehicle. They did not. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

      I purchased my car at event sale. On December 14 a Hyundai Kona 2021. The person who sold me the car never said anything was wrong and how they inspected the vehicle. I also traded my car & put down $1000. Day 2 of having the vehicle I called and text the person to express my concern on the vehicle, he told me to actually go to the shop at benji auto sales in Orlando. I have visited twice and call many times. So hard to get in touch because the Hollywood location answers the phone sometimes. I seen the mechanic he said it was fine but I am still hearing noises and it’s riding weird. I don’t feel safe driving with me and my kids in the car. I do have a warranty and I am not getting no help no call back. I have spoken to 5 different people and still no solution. I need assistance before my 1st payment. I don’t want to make any payments on this car. I rather just get my car back in return this is horrible business and my insurance went up on this vehicle & I refuse to pay that & car payments too due to a car that is having so many problems

      Hello, my name is Chloe Adkins. I am contacting you guys to help me with a problem. I purchased the car from Benji Auto Sales on July 1st, 2023. I only drove my car to and from work which is a round trip of 60 miles. I was having car problems so I took my car to them on July 13th at 11am and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the car but my car was still having trouble driving. I took my car in again on July 27th at 9am and got my car back at 12:40pm still with the same problem and I texted them photographic proof of what my car was saying. August 3rd, 2023 I took my car down to auto zone and they scanned my car. August 11th, 2023 I took my car down to them. They took the papers and made copies for themselves and I still have the originals. From August 11th- November 11th they have had my car. They sent it to Miami to get it fixed and I still get my car back with the exact same problem. I did not get my car back until 8:00pm. Sunday, November 12th at 8am I had work and I sent them proof at 7:35am that my car was still having problems. I have a new job and now I live 0.8 miles away from work. It only take me 3 minutes to get there. They took my car and kept it for a long time and I still get it back with the same problem. I can barely make it to work without having to pull over and get out of everybody's way. I have had continuous communication with them but they're communication skills are terrible and it's not until after multiple multiple texts I get any kind of response out of them. I was told they replaced my transmission and the abs sensor but I still can not drive my car. All I want out of this is a working car and for them to not ruin my Husband's credit. My husband is the co-signer and they told me they will repo and ruin my husband's credit. I need to get a working car without them ruining my husband's credit but they have been no help what so ever. Please help me
