    I started a 7 day free trial with ************************** in february 2025 and cancelled before my free trial was done. I have been charged ***** every month since, even after going into my account to try to deactivate it. I tried to contact their business by phone only to be told that they would put me on hold to find the info I need and then hung up on me. I tried to email customer service but they have not responded. I had to call my bank to put a stop payment notice on them.

    We issued a full refund of the membership fee on September 23. The refund went to the original payment method. No additional charges were made after that date.
    The customer canceled the membership in September. We confirmed the cancellation and stopped all future billing. The account now shows a $0 balance and a closed status.
    We regret the frustration this caused. We take BBB matters seriously and act quickly to resolve them. Please let us know if you need supporting documents.

    I canceled my service back in July but keep getting charged for the service for the past 2 months

    Upon reviewing our internal system records, we found that:
    The customer initiated the cancellation process but did not complete the final step required to confirm the cancellation.
    As a result, the account remained active, and recurring billing continued in accordance with the Terms of Service agreed to at the time of registration.
    The customer did not contact ******************** Support through any available channels (email, chat, or contact form) regarding cancellation or refund requests before filing this BBB complaint.

    We have issued the full refund for the most recent charge.

    They advertise a free book, but then charge you a membership days later without warning. The only way of contacting them is through email and they are not helpful. I tried canceling, because I never even received the so called free book, but they won't let you unless you pay the full price or return the book. I have told them that I have never received the book. All they say is "our records show it was delivered". There is no customer service and i told them I do not want a membership, but they refuse to let me cancel.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. While I don't agree with the actual reaponse, after disputing all charges with my bank, they finally admitted that the book was lost in transit and cancelled the membership

    In searching for books for school, I searched the **** end of a book. This page comes up as one of the higher results and when you click on the page it brings you to a free book and thenas youre buying the book, it subscribes you to a membership that is impossible to cancel without having to purchase the full price of the book. I did this all within 24 hours of purchasing and there is no option to just cancel the entire purchase request. Its a scam to get out of you.

    This company maliciously tells people they are getting a free textbook. However when you put in your information for delivery it requires payment info for shipping and then forces you into a membership without notifying you or asking you to join. Then once you have a membership they make it nearly impossible to quit by sending you an email 12 hours later then having to cancel it manually. But then the free textbook from earlier becomes no longer free and then they won't let you cancel the charge. They have no method of communication other than a bad email system. They also won't let you remove payment details or cancel membership until you pay for the previously free textbook. I should have known this was fools gold, but I would hate for anyone else to fall into this trap.

    On or around June 16 I signed up for a free trial for the website Solutioninn.com. there was no charge for this free trail mentioned. The next day I returned to the site to cancel the membership so I wouldn't forget, and the site offered me a free trail so I accepted the offer and also found they were offering a book for free ($0.00) so I went through to "purchase" the free book. Only to find that I was charged $9.99 for the original "free trail" then $14.99 for the extended free trail and 7.00 for the book that was charged through my PayPal account that was required ******* sign up. I had no notice that I was going be changed this. I have since made two attempts to reach out to the company to get at least a partial refund as I do not want the book (which has not been shipped yet) nor do I want the "extended free trail.I have not yet been able to cancel my membership as it says I need to pay me remaining book dues, which was marked as free, and I have no way of cancelling on my end.I also feel this company need to make it clearer when they are going to charge someone any amount of money.

    Hi! I'm not sure how this company, Solutioninn, got my debit card information, but I did not agree to pay for whatever service is being offered for $36.99 that was charged to my card on 06-22-2024. This has put me in a scary financial position as I am in need of all of my funds to cover my monthly bills. I tried to deactivate whatever account there is and contact someone about a refund, but there no working phone numbers. Please help as this incredibly frustrating and fraudulent by solutioninn.

    This company is fraudulent. I had never even visited this website until the fraud department of my bank called on 4/13/24 about suspicious activity on my debit card. It was SolutionInn trying to charge my card. I dont know how they got my card information as I had never even visited their website before and dont use my debit card on websites.

    I have been getting charged a monthly fee of $14.99 for the last 3 months, and I'm not sure what it is for.
