    I paid ***** $1500 to clear all dead limbs from an oak tree above my house. He agreed to leave the one large limb not over my house with the swing on it and remove the rest. He only cut down about 1/2 of it. Twice recently, dead limbs have fallen and almost hit me or my child. That was the entire reason I hired him to cut down the tree.In the process, he destroyed part of my new butterfly garden. He promised to October 25th replace the plants he killed, but never did. Additionally, He messed up my side yard so badly that both my ****** children I recently adopted and myself have been injured multiple times. We are unable to play in the yard at all - when one of my adopted children has multiple special needs and finds outside calming. He promised to fix that October 28th as well, yet never did. I also sent 2 letters that went unanswered when he stopped responding to my texts. I expect him to replace the native plants he completed destroyed, fix my yard that is unsafe to even walk across, and come back to cut the rest of the limbs he did not cut as promised that are hanging over the house or are completed dead.
