    This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any company, and I urge everyone to STAY AWAY from Trustline Carriers.I booked transport for two cars from **********, AL to *************, **. They initially confirmed $1,000 total ($500 per car), and I signed a formal agreement. Then, just ONE HOUR AFTER the scheduled pickup time, they called to say:? "No driver is available, unless you pay $1,600 instead."Thats a 60% price hike sprung on me after the agreed time. It was pure extortion under pressure. I had no choice but to accept the $1,600 deal they suddenly offeredafter deliberately wasting my time and locking me into their bait-and-switch trap.And it didnt stop there:? No driver showed up on time.? Zero professional communication.? **************** used aggressive, rude, even nasty language.? My original $200 was kept despite the clear breach of agreement.This is not just bad businessits predatory and dishonest. They knowingly misled me, breached their own contract, and tried to take advantage of my urgent timeline. I have the signed contracts and timestamps to prove ***** yourself a favor: dont trust your car, your time, or your sanity to Trustline Carriers.

    I had to move my 2016 *** 3 Series from ** to *******. Working with *******, from Trustline Carriers, was such a pleasure to work. He got all the information that I needed and got me in contact with the driver that was going to be taking my car across country. Definitely would recommend him and would work with him again anytime.     ?? 1 Star (Only because zero isnt an option) BEWARE: FRAUDULENT COMPANY FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT USE TRUSTLINE CARRIERS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE NOTHING IN RETURN.This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any transport service. Trustline Carriers completely failed to deliver on the contracted service, and in my opinion, they operate with dishonest and predatory business practices.I was quoted $900 by an associate named ******* ***** to transport my vehicle from *********** to *******. Everything seemed smooth initiallyCharlie was responsive via text, and after paying a deposit, he confirmed the pick-up date of April 25. He promised Id receive driver details by April 24.But on the evening of April 24, I still hadnt heard anything. I reached out, and ******* admitted he couldnt find a driver at the agreed-upon price and then tried to upcharge me to $2,000more than double the original quote! I declined, of course, and expressed my concern. ******* assured me, "Yes, I guarantee it will be picked up on the 25th." That was a lie.On April 25, no driver showed up. ******* ghosted me and passed me off to his so-called supervisor, **** ****, who told me they now had seven business days to fulfill the contract. I asked where that was stated in the contractthey couldnt show me. **** got defensive and hung up on me, and when I called back, he yelled, WE HAVE 7 DAYS, DEAL WITH IT!I followed up daily for updateszero response. When the seven business days passed, I asked for a refund, as **** had promised. His response? "You can get a lawyer if you want." Absolutely appalling.They never delivered the service, kept my deposit, and now I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to their fraudulent *********** NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They lie, ignore contracts, disappear when things go wrong, and treat customers with total disrespect. This was not just bad serviceit was a scam.

    While I acknowledge your effort to rectify the situation, I find it profoundly disheartening and deceitful that your company is attempting to bribe me into removing my review, thereby preventing other consumers from learning about the dreadful experience I endured with your organization. The fact that you would offer me $750, which is 275% more than my $200 deposit, raises serious questions about what you are attempting to conceal. In a text exchange with ****** ******, he remarked, "You know you won't get any benefit from the reviews you have left and honestly we have around 600 reviews and only 10 negative reviews and nothing changes if there will be 11 negative reviews" - how does this reflect any learning from your errors? It appears you are trying to downplay my terrible experience and wish to keep it hidden from others. Furthermore, before you claim that this did not occur or that I am fabricating the story, I possess the text messages to substantiate my claims.If you wish to rectify this situation, you can reimburse the full cost of the alternative transportation I had to arrange for my vehicle due to your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations, which I have already specified. Furthermore, I require you to recognize that the contract does not stipulate that you, as the service provider, had "7 business days" to deliver the agreed-upon services. This claim was fabricated while I held your company accountable for the undelivered services and throughout a number at me to stop asking about the services not provided, and when I requested to see this in the contract, no one was willing to address my inquiry and instead chose to ignore it.Indeed, I was compelled to engage my credit card company to contest the charges, as your company, Trustline Carriers LLC, declined to return my deposit.
