    On August 24, 2025 I ordered digital material from AI Pro University for $49.99. As I went through the purchase process, I was irritated as there were about 6 upsells - all of which I refused - and endured the demeaning language when I did not acept the additional offers. I subsequently saw a charge on my credit card for $97.97 which apparently is a monthly membership fee - which I do not want and did not order. I engaged with the company;s customer service via email and was given all kinds of spurious argements and a refusal to refund the unwanted membership fee. The company's marketing process is deceptive and rapacious. I have not even created a log in for the material I wanted for the fee of $49.99 and despite that and my current inability to meaningfully utilize a membership programme, the company is refusing to refund me $97.97.

    They do not honor their satisfaction guarantee I am NOT very unhappy with my engagement with this company for 3 main reasons FIRST Based on their claim dedicated to providing world-class AI ... and other wording on their site (1000+ expert led lessons). I was expecting to gain an education in AI to add to my profession as a PM. Instead, it was mostly AI (bot) led educational videos focusing mostly on how to use ChatGPT to make money, creating bots and creating AI images. SECOND Once I began the purchase process, there was so much up-selling pressure and confusion with buttons and links to decline, I mistakenly accepted access to their AI vault of materials to create courses for resale. I didnt realize this until I saw the welcome email with receipt and an additional $499 credit card charge. However, I figured I was okay since they have a satisfaction guarantee and refund within 14 days. I was wrong!THIRD Day of purchase (8/21/25); I completed 10%-15% of the course content (in order to qualify for the refund). Day #2 (8/22/25), I sent an email to cancel and request a refund. **** Support responded requesting my feedback that led to my decision. I explained the course simply was not for me and had no interest in continuing. I also explained The AI Course Creator was purchased in error. I didnt have access to the vault yet so there was no need to give me access. Unfortunately, this began a series of back-and-forth emails, for 3 WEEKS, with **** Support Team (***** *******) trying to convince me to keep a program that I have no interest in. I even provided screen shots showing I complied with their refund terms and they still DENY REFUND. The phone number posted for customer support goes to AI responses and then to voicemail. So far, no one has called me back. I simply want my money refunded

    The nature of the purchasing process for AI Pro University (AIPU) is decietful. After beginning the checkout process I grew concerned about all of their add-ons. It was screen after screen of costly add-ons. The "bait" is a $49 AI training product. However, as you go through each screen the costs increase. I closed out of the purchasing process with the belief that I had not purchased the product. Then I received a welcome email from **** and noticed that they had charged me for to two products I was considering. I do not believe that I ever completed the purchase process and promptly emailed them claiming that I did not complete the purchase process and wanted a refund. I did not open any of the product. I didn't want to give them any reason NOT to give me a refund.I received an email response the next day stating that I had (with no proof). I asked them to refund my money. They responded today stating that I must complete at least 10% of the program in order to receive a refund.This is a manipulative money-back policy designed to prevent refunds. These are unscrupulous sales tactics and I want to get my money back and try to prevent others from experiencing the same outcome.

    This was an unauthorized billing. Key facts: On July 28, 2025, I filled out a form on **** website but deliberately chose NOT to submit it I never manually clicked any submit button or agreed to purchase I only discovered an account had been created when I received a welcome email on July 29, 2025 I immediately contacted support to cancel upon discovering this unauthorized enrollment. I requested a full refund of any charges and immediate account cancellation. I never agreed to their terms, never intended to purchase, and took immediate action to resolve this upon discovery.If this was due to a technical error on their website, I expect them to honor basic consumer rights and reverse these unauthorized charges.
