About This Business
The company contacts consumers claiming to have a buyer for their timeshare. The consumer is presented with what appears to be a legitimate contract containing a buyer's name and address and claims that the buyer's funds are already in escrow. The consumer, the seller in the transaction, is told s/he must pay closing, transfer or taxes which they request be sent via Moneygram to a third party in New York. Once the transfer of funds take place the closing never happens and the consumer loses his or her money.
This company is not licensed as a realtor or a telemarketer. It is using a similar name and address of an existing company which can add confusion.
