They claimed they could rent my timeshare, i paid them $2500 and they did nothing and their phone numbers have been cancelled. MY wife and I entered into business with executive housing strategies on December 9, 2020 with the assurance that they could assist us with the renting of our Holiday Inn timeshare units. We paid approximately $1800 at that time for the use of their services. Since that time the company has failed to reach out to us with any opportunities or updates as to the status of an interest in my unit. They have also failed to reach out with any communication at all and have failed to reply to my emails. Also when attempting to contact by phone they are never available and their voice mailbox is full, which makes it impossible to contact anyone. They certainly did not have a problem contacting us to offer this opportunity and take our money so we expected to not have issues with communication afterwards. At this point we want a return of our money and an apology from the company since they are unable to communicate with us in the years that we have been with them.Initial Complaint

Executive Housing Strategies contacted us about selling our points for our timeshare. Covid crises arrived soon after. So I thought they might contact us later. They have never contacted us at all. From reading the complaints of others there is a clause in the contract that says you must renew your intent every 90 days. I have not seen this yet. But it is obvious this company NEVER intended to do anything except take money falsely. ( why would you have this clause? If I paid money of course in want to sell!). This company does not answer their phones and their mailbox is full and cannot receive and more messages. I would like to have our $2995 refunded. When it comes, I would like to be a part of the class action lawsuit. This company tarnishes the name of Florida and is a disgrace to honest businesses.Initial Complaint

Someone has to look into Executive Housing Strategies. They are ripping people off big time. My $1200 is gone. I would like some of notice put up anywhere to warn people. Only now do I find out they have been doing the same thing since at least 2016. I actually went to where the office was supposed to be (store front) nothing there this is not just phony advertising, it's plain fraud. Is there anything your office can do ? If not for me can they possibly be shut down so they stop ripping off other people.

We started with this company that was to manage our timeshare, in January 2020. Obviously, the pandemic made things stop, however, there was always a 3-month renewal requirement for the service which I always placed by email. I had received confirmation of the renewals every time until this past month. Now I'm afraid they've either folded or are ghosting me. We have be associated with EHS since January 14, 2016. We paid $1262.00 to EHS to advertise our timeshare for a rental, in Myrtle Beach, S.C. In that time we have never had a call for a rental.
Michelle E. told us it would be a help to have a unit ready to rent,
So we followed their advice. 2 times in 2021 we had units available We didn't receive a call, but we were able to cancel. Everytime we cancel , we do lose points. We are trying again for October 22 -29 2022 .
On August 12 2022 EHS said they would cross reference the dates and get back to us.
We sent 2 emails to EHS, since that date and have left 4 V.M. with no response.
Today at 10:12 and 10:14 September 28 we called both numbers, and both mail boxes are full.

We would like to hear from EHS for a full refund. We heard from another advertising company, that EHS has gone out of business. We cannot confirm that . However EHS website is still open.
Looking forward to getting this resolved. Any news would help.

I was told that EHS would advertise to rent out my timeshare on Sep 2021. I paid $1500 to get the ball rolling and since then I have received minimal response and the runaround about any updates. I was also told that after 1 year of being under contract with EHS I would receive a refund if no offers have been given. To this date I have received no offers. I contacted EHS to end my contract and to no longer list my timeshare and they told me they will not charge me to continue advertising past the 1 year. On April 12, 2021 I entered into a contract with Executive Housing Strategies (EHS) to promote the rental or sale of my Holiday Inn Club Vacations timeshare unit. I dealt with Steve N*****, Tojay J**** and Wade L******** while the contract was being finalized. I paid $1,627.00 for the advertising of my unit on their web site and they were to forward me offers for the rental or sale of my unit. I have emailed EHS every 90 days to keep my unit's advertising active. They have acknowledged the receipt of all those emails. I made several phone calls to EHS leaving messages for someone to call me back. No one has ever called me back. I have also emailed EHS for someone to contact me and I have never received a response.
I have not gotten even 1 offer to rent or buy my time share unit since I entered into the contract with EHS.
I would like to get a full refund since EHS has not responded to my requests for information or held up its end of the relationship.
