******************************* was invoiced $3,275.00 for a 1 year membership at IFO (Institute of Financial Operations) on 11.5.2023. Since this invoice was paid, IFO has been unresponsive to any calls and inquiries. Their website has not been updated since ******* which demonstrates this company was not functioning when we were invoiced for our 1 year membership. I am requesting a full refund.

The company I work for paid for a study manual (around $200) and then paid for an exam ($395) so I could receive my certification for the Accounts Payable Professional certificate. It took over a month of constant calling and emailing in order for me to receive a date for my exam (December 2023). Once the exam was taken I was supposed to received my certificate within a month (end of January) and we are now going into June ******************************************************************* what my next step needs to be to receive it. The activity of the Institute of Financial Operations is appalling and fraudulent, they are more than happy to accept payments but refuse to provide any of kind of service or response.

Payment in the amount of $300.00, check #****, dated 12/20/2022 was issued to The Institute of Financial Operations. Payment was issued at the member pricing for the application fee of $25.00 and $275.00 **** exam fee. The exam was scheduled to be taken in Fall 2023. The company allows a one time exam date date change. Calls and e-mails were sent to change the exam date to Spring 2024. Prior to taking the exam, approximately one month prior to the test dates I should have received an e-mail to schedule a date and time to take the exam. I did not receive communication from the company to schedule a date and time to take the exam in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024. I've made several attempts to contact The Institute of Financial Operations. The most recent e-mail that was sent on April 9, 2024 returned undeliverable. I also left a voice message with no return call or correspondence. I've even checked my spam e-mails just in case it was missed but nothing received.

It is time for me to renew my professional certification by 6/30/2023 and I have sent the vendor an email on 6/6/2023 and on 6/12/2023 no one has responded. I have called the merchant 9 times and left two voicemails but no one is responding. I need to get in touch with someone in order to renew my certification.
