    Bought through Amazon and was sent a broken phone. I'm now weary to send it back because I've encountered people who have dealt with the same exact thing from this supplier. I don't want to get their refund and repurchase a phone from them as they suggest if they're simply going to send the same broken phone to another person.

    This customer purchased a *********** Pixel 7 Smartphone from ******. Before shipping the product to her, our team executed a comprehensive test of ALL features using PhoneCheck, the industry's most reliable smartphone diagnostic tool. At that time, the device was found to be Fully Functional including its ability to successfully charge. We apologize for any inconvenience. But honestly, we are not sure what could have caused this problem. And unfortunately, we have not bee able to troubleshoot the issue as the customer has not yet responded to our emails or phone calls after multiple attempts.Despite this, we are happy to report that the purchase does include full return warranty! In fact, we have already provided a FREE prepaid return label so the item can be returned for a FULL refund per Amazon's user agreement.In this case, it is reasonable to expect that the buyer must return the item in order to be eligible for a refund. PLEASE NOTE: If a refund is issued and the item is not returned, the buyer will be re-charged for the sale.Please feel free to contact us directly with any questions or concerns! We can provide troubleshooting advice and other support and are always happy to do so.

    I bought from Gizmotrader.com through **** and their site when it was public. Now, it seems you can only buy from them if you're a wholesaler. I've kept and returned some iPhones in the past, but they stand by their word and will refund you if you have a problem within 30 days. Even when it's a little past 30 days, they will give a refund if the phone isn't working properly, which I have had that happen once. Always very professional. And nothing but good words when dealing with their site/staff.
