    I have been to this established a few times to receive treatments by the DOCTOR and have never had an issue always had amazing results. This time around I was told that the ** is on vacation and has trained a nurse practitioner who will be doing the treatments. I went in on my appointment 9/6 for my treatment very busy day snd waited quite a long time. met with the np who took notes and kept referring to my treatment as ***** (which I'm not getting because that does not work on me AT ALL). After chatting with her she stepped out and came back a little while later with the tray of syringes (which she did not draw herself) and I noticed that there were NOT as many syringes as I'm used to (which would imply ***** because ***** would be less syringes). I was verbal about my observation and went over that ***** does not take on me, she left the room with the tray, came back with the same thing. The np gave me my treatments and I left. I noticed after a 10 days still no changes of ANY kind, I called and was told that the ** is still away and the np would not be available at the 2 week **** (which would be 9/20 so we made an appointment for the following week 9/27 to access and fix. I get to my appointment on 9/27 it was agreed that there were no changes no results and she was starting give me the run around. I was told they are out of ******* (which is what I was supposed to get) she can't help me I have to speak to the owner who is not in the country. It was one excuse after another. I just want my money back. This entire process was a nightmare. They should not have this woman doing treatments, not even sure if she is licensed. She left bruises all over my face. I NEVER had this experience with the **. Please help me.

    I want report this business for they services and l want report an services that l have from this business that was not good am not happy and not satisfy this treatment that l get have not the value and they don't want to repair the problem and refund any money that l paid l paid ****** for an quimical peel and l have my face worst and damaged
