I hired Simform LLC as a software development vendor to build key components of my SaaS platform. Their sales team made several critical representations that heavily influenced my decision to sign a contract, including:That they had previously worked with a major optical tech company (later confirmed false by that company),That they were one of only 25 companies worldwide certified by REMOVEDto build SaaS applications (no such certification exists, and this claim could not be substantiated),That they had deep expertise in healthcare and REMOVEDon AWS infrastructure (not supported by REMOVEDpartner directory or project outcomes).I signed a REMOVEDAgreement and paid over $45,000 based on these representations and a defined scope of REMOVEDhours. However:Simform later claimed the project required over REMOVEDhours, a 58% overage, with no written change order or approval. They missed every delivery deadline, including a March 21st e-commerce demo, despite promising to pause billing until that milestone. When I requested an audit of their timesheets due to suspicious billing entries (e.g., overlapping internal meetings billed by multiple developers), they abandoned the audit and refused to clarify.Several key features remain incomplete or broken, including patient management flows, password reset functionality, and virtual try-on modules.I raised these issues repeatedly. Rather than address my concerns, Simform continued billing and dismissed my complaints. This experience has caused not only financial loss, but also significant delays to my business launch and damage to investor relationships.I am seeking a full refund of $45,000 and formal acknowledgment from Simform that the contract is rescinded due to fraudulent inducement and material breach. I have already filed complaints with the REMOVEDand I am considering further legal action. My primary goal is accountability and refund so that no other small business falls into a similar trap.
