????Scammers, scammers, scammer!!!I signed a 12-month contract with this company, they offered me contracts for my residential area remodeling company, I provided them with a website, active social media, and a spot on ****** Maps, they did nothing for my company!!! I only trusted their service because they relied on the reputation of the Better Business Bureau ! They lied to me and stole from me, a system that did nothing but give me options in the publicly accessible commercial area, I decided to cancel the service before the 6 weeks were up so they would return my money because they did not comply with the 5 minimum business opportunities for my company!!!! They denied me the refund because their excuse is that I have 200+ unanswered quote options for buildings!!! I disputed with my bank and now I keep receiving calls from a collection agency threatening me with legal action!! Contractor level up ******* ******* uses misleading advertising and intimidates business owners who try to get a refund for a service that doesn't meet expectations!!!

We regret that Ms. ******* is dissatisfied but must clarify several inaccuracies.

Ms. ******* received 10 estimate requests, exceeding the guaranteed 5 within 6 weeks. Our service terms state refunds are only granted if this guarantee isnt met after 12 weeks and a remediation period. That was not the case.

Ms. ******* filed two chargebacks. She won one ($897) and we won the other. She has already received a partial refund through her bank. No further refund is owed, and we no longer hold her funds.

Her account was referred to collections only after the chargeback reversal. All communication has followed legal guidelines.

We stand by the services delivered and request this complaint be marked as resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Sincerely,
Good afternoon, it is completely false to have received 10 residential applications, in their first response to my ****** complaint, they very kindly responded that they had provided 5 applications before the 6 weeks when I never had the opportunity to send my proposal or contact any property owner who needed my services within the maximum 8 miles of where we are located according to the sectorization that I chose *********, ***********, ************, **********. In your contract it says that if within 6 weeks I do not have my 5 minimum estimate requests for the residential area that I requested, they would give me an accessory at no additional charge, but when I called customer service they blocked my access to the platform with the excuse that I had to pay the amount of the 2 remaining payments, of $ ****** each = $ ******** Dlls so that I could access the 12 weeks posthumous to payment and be able to receive my refund $ ******** contractor level up only sent its interim advisors for collection but without any intention of advising and finding a solution for my small and young company, my intention is not to damage the image of both parties but the contract was broken by this **************** by not giving me the agreed estimate solution. After that I receive calls every 10 minutes from collection agencies of hostile and threatening deals, making my day uncomfortable and harassing me all the time.

I signed a 12-month lead generation contract with Contractor Level Up LLC on March 31, 2025, under the promise that they would deliver verified customer estimate requests for Division 9 remodeling in my local service area. What I received instead was a complete scam. Not one single direct or qualified lead came through. Instead, they gave me access to ****************** completely free platform anyone can sign up ****** charged me $3,588 for it, an email address and a estimating software... that I didn't needed. Thats right: theyre reselling a free service and calling it lead generation. When I reached out to question this outrageous charge, I was completely ignored. They couldn't prove one single lead that didn't came from the free platform. On May 22, 2025, I submitted a formal refund request. No response. No accountability. No attempt to fix the situation. So I proceded to dispute the charge in my credit card. Now, instead of making things right, Im being harassed by a collections agencyfive threatening phone calls in a single daysaying theyll take me to court for a service that was never delivered. This is predatory behavior, plain and simple. This company is deceptive, overpriced, and dishonest. Its a textbook example of bait-and-switch tactics, and now theyre trying to bully me into paying even more and strongly warn any contractor or business owner: Stay far away from Contractor Level Up LLC. Their business model is built on false promises and exploiting hard-working professionals.

Were sorry to hear this. To clarify, we do not resell access its simply one of many platforms companies may use to send project details after receiving your info from our outreach efforts using our system.

A client's package included far more than "leads": a business email, estimating tools, a mobile app, and a website tools designed to help you look professional and win jobs. We couldnt locate any refund request in our CRM or your file as client. Once a chargeback is filed, the account goes to collections automatically, as weve already delivered services and incurred costs. Specially when we deliver estimate requests as promised.

We offer a money-back guarantee only if no estimate requests are received. In 2025, every active client has received them so far. If you'd like to resolve this directly, were happy to help.

    Complaint: 23539439

I am rejecting this response because:

To begin, I must firmly reject your characterization of this matter. While you claim our account included far more than leads, that is a clear deflection from the core issue. The sole reason we engaged your services was for direct commercial construction lead generation, as explicitly advertised by your website and sales team. The bundled tools you now emphasize a business email, app, or estimating software were neither needed nor used, as **************************** already operates with its own CRM, communication systems, and estimating infrastructure.
Our expectations were straightforward: qualified leads generated through your proprietary outreach system. That is the service we paid for, and that is the service you failed to deliver.

Your claim that no refund request exists is demonstrably false. On June 3, 2025, I submitted a formal refund request via email (attached as Exhibit A), citing your companys nonperformance and lack of delivered leads. I also raised concerns that all leads appeared to originate solely through *********************, a publicly available and free platform, and not through any proprietary outreach process which was a key promise of your service (see attached clarification email).

Despite this communication, you neither responded nor refunded the amount paid. At no point did you provide evidence of active outreach, email delivery logs, lead source attribution, or qualified estimate requests beyond those we could confirm came from *****************. This glaring absence of documentation formed the basis of our formal credit card dispute. The result was clear: your company failed to substantiate its claims, and the bank ruled in our favor, leaving no collectible balance on this account.

Your actions since that ruling specifically, referring the matter to a third-party collection agency and triggering todays threatening email completely contradict your stated desire to resolve this matter amicably. This escalation represents not only bad faith, but a deliberate attempt to sidestep accountability through pressure tactics.

We have made multiple good-faith requests for concrete proof of direct leads generated through your alleged outreach system. To date, Contractor Level Up has failed to produce a single verifiable record. This ongoing inability to substantiate even the most basic elements of your service offering only strengthens the conclusion that the promised lead generation was never delivered. Providing access to a free, publicly available platform does not fulfill your obligations it only raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the service model you represented and charged for.

In light of the chargeback outcome and your continued failure to validate the delivery of the lead services promised, it is evident that no outstanding balance exists. We are no longer using your services, have no intention of reengaging, and seek to bring this matter to a final and mutual resolution. That includes: no further contact, no additional collection efforts or harassment, and no future claims of any kind. We are prepared to consider this matter fully settled, part ways professionally, and regard our account with ******************** as permanently closed. From our side, this dispute is closed as well.
Accordingly, we request that Contractor Level Up formally close our account in your system, discontinue any related billing or account activity, and confirm in writing that no further action will be taken on this file.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *******
    Owner, ****************************

    Business Response

Thank you for your response. While we respectfully disagree with several of the claims made, Contractor Level Up LLC considers this matter now closed.

We stand by the services rendered under the signed agreement dated March 31, 2025, and reiterate that our team delivered the contracted outreach system, estimating tools, and related business resources. Estimate requests were sent in accordance with our guarantee and Terms and Conditions.

That said, we acknowledge the clients desire to part ways professionally. In the interest of final resolution and without admission of fault:
The account for **************************** has been formally closed in our system.

We have instructed our collections partner to discontinue contact regarding this matter.
No further billing, communication, or claims will be made by Contractor Level Up LLC.
This completes our obligations and correspondence regarding this file. We consider the matter settled and respectfully request that the BBB **** this case as closed.

I signed a 12-month lead generation agreement with Contractor Level Up LLC in mid-2024. They promised to deliver verified customer estimate requests in my service area for home cleaning and remodeling.Although I received over 90 contacts, only 23 were remotely relevant. Most leads were out of state, in a different language, or unqualified. No contracts or revenue were generated despite my full cooperation and follow-up.On May 22, 2025, I submitted a formal refund request. As of today, *** received no resolution. I believe this service was misleading and failed to deliver its advertised value.I request a full refund of $2,980.

    Business Response

    Date: 06/03/2025

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
We respectfully disagree with the customers characterization of the service experience and would like to provide a full clarification.
The client signed a 12-month agreement with Contractor Level Up LLC in 2024.
The agreement guarantees that at least 5 estimate requests matching the clients selected services and geographic criteria would be delivered within 12 weeks.
The client received a total of 92 estimate requests over the contract term.
23 of these leads were a 100% match to the clients business type and selected location.
The 5th matching lead was delivered by the 8th week, which fulfills the stated performance guarantee.
Our service delivers verified estimate requests. Conversion into paying jobs depends on the clients follow-up, pricing, and communication, which is clearly stated in the agreement.
While we understand the clients frustration with results, we do not guarantee closed sales, only estimate opportunities that meet the agreed criteria.
Our team also provided continued support and system adjustments throughout the year far beyond the required minimum.
The client submitted a refund request nearly 12 months after service activation, long after the guarantee window and after using the system in full.
Because the service was delivered as promised and documented in the agreement, we must respectfully decline the refund request.
Contractor Level Up LLC stands by the quality and transparency of our services. We work with thousands of small business owners across the **** and maintain a 4.9-star average rating on the BBB.
We regret that this client did not achieve better results, but we remain confident that we met and in many ways exceeded the obligations outlined in the signed agreement.
