  I called Veritas Roofers to check my roof because my neighbors all around me were getting a new roof due to hail damage. When *** came out and checked my roof he said it was in excellent condition and have a good ten more years. I was so pleased that he was honest with me. He could have said I needed a new roof just to make money. I was so impressed with him. My husband told all his friends to call Veritas if they want to have their roof inspected because they are an honest company. We will highly recommend Veritas.

  Our area got hit by a bad hailstorm last year. One of our neighbors recommended Vertias to replace our damaged roof. Several other neighbors had used them as well, and were satisfied with their work. This is the third roof we have put on our house, and Veritas was by far the most professional company to work with. Their workers were efficient, courteous, and fast. **** and *** helped us with the insurance information, and kept us informed of what to expect and when. Having a roof installed is never enjoyable, but we appreciated how their team showed up on time, kept the yard as clean as possible, and got everything done quickly. Veritas also replaced our gutters and downspouts using a sub-contractor who did excellent work. Highly recommended.

  Do yourself a favor and stay as far away as possible.
  This experience started off bad and got worse. I had to get the roof done quickly for a loan to go through. He promised to get it to done in the time frame because I was a veteran. Keep in mind that I had four other quotes that could do it in the same time.by and nothing. Finally, I get notice from his company to expect the job to be done in 10- 12 weeks. When I call to find out what's going on, I am told that is normal and asked why I think I am special. I get a call back and am told yes, it was promised in that time frame.
  Now I have to get the permit notarized. I thought they had already gotten the permit and did not know I had to get it notarized. I have to drop everything and get the notarization, as its now behind schedule,
  That night I notice no noise, I text to see if they are done, They were, but did not have the respect to let me know, I let the dogs out. I find out that the gate was left open after the digs ran off. I have to spend about 4 hours looking for my dogs and my wife is in tears. I finally get the dogs back in. I did text Jim to let him know, and his response is he is sorry, he will make certain the gates are closed in future,
  I go to work and come home to both gates open. I close both gates and let dogs out. I get a text letting me know that i needed to bring my dogs in, I let him know they are in. He tells me he does not want the dogs out while his workers are there. . Really? I tell him that I would have let someone know if someone spoke English. He calls me a racist.
  The job was completed two days late, forcing me to pay money to extend the offer, The total was close to 50% higher than the proposal. The two foreman that occasionally showed up were former law enforcement, with no roofing experience. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

  There is only one true statement in this entire write up. The first day we were there prior to us leaving we did not make sure the gate was closed and his puppies did get out. When he called to let me know this happened, I offered to come out and find the dogs with him.
  The rest of what has been said here is all untrue. The only delay we had, was because we could never communicate with homeowner. He was given three different emails to get his signature notarized, and when he finally turned it in it still wasn’t notarized. The price was almost 46% higher because this roof should have been replaced 15 years prior to us doing so. This was truly the worst condition roof that we have ever replaced. 80% of his decking was rotted and leaking through into his house. We had to rebuild almost all of the structure on his back porch. The two foreman that run our crew are exceptional, and truthfully know how to properly install a roof, paying attention to detail. Homeowner has an amazing 50 year shingle backed by a great warranty. I have said before and I will say it again. This homeowner is a racist. Horrible

  Roof replaced in Kissimmee, FL. Used BBB to find a roofer, received 4 quotes. Veritas Roofers was completive on price, very responsive, courteous and professional from an in-person quote who walked the roof, through the installation until completion. The products they used have a great warranty back by the manufacture. We are very happy with results and highly recommend with ease and confidence the job will be done correctly and on schedule.
