    To say I was happy with my recent roof replacement would be an understatement. I am much more than happy for the following reasons: First and foremost, my experience in dealing with Noel. Right off the bat, I felt that the job was in good hands. And my intuition turned out to be right! He gave my roof a thorough inspection, provided me with all my options, and in the end, I was quoted a reasonable price that included everything. I got top-of-the-line materials and was even more pleased to see the end result. Throughout the entire process, I had excellent communication with Noel, who never once put pressure on me by trying to upsell me into selecting frivolous add-ons not necessary for my needs. The new roof was installed promptly, and with care, and even the clean-up afterward was spot on. Moreover, in the last two weeks (following the installation). Noel would contact me periodically with information pertinent to both the city inspection process, checked to make sure I was satisfied and offered for me to call him anytime should I have any concerns in the future! He asked me if I was happy with the outcome, and to say I was happy would have been a vast understatement...(as I mentioned). I am very pleased with every aspect and wouldn't hesitate (for a 'New York second' to recommend Stax Roofing to anyone looking for quality and service from start to finish at a fair and reasonable price!
