            In March 2018 I had my roof replaced by this company with a 5 year warranty. The soffit was not replaced properly and thus we are getting squirrels and other small animals entering the roof because of this. We contacted the company to let them know that the soffit was not replaced correctly about 4-5 months ago and it needs to be corrected. They came out to look at it and advise someone would be in contact. I didn't hear back from them and called and spoke to a supervisor and he said it's not his problem. The roof was warranted with 5 year warranty and we are still within the time frame. They have not contacted me back and refuse to fix it. The reason we did not notice this issue earlier is because when you look at the roof you cannot tell it was not replaced properly with the soffit. It's only after animals are getting in and we investigated that we see how they are getting in because it was not installed correctly.

            RBS did an excellent job replacing our 20 year old roof! Rob had a huge crew that did the job in one day even replacing a large skylight. We had a problem area on the roof where water would pool and they used special roofing materials and flashing in that area to make sure we would not have any issues! RBS is affordable, dependable, and professional. Cleanup was excellent and they coordinated gutter replacement too! Very happy!!!!
