    Good afternoon the Company of One world Roofing, M & L Roofing LLC   and Maraima Construction LLC that they use to work together  apparently they are separating, and they are having some communication problems about the payments made to M & L Roofing and Maraima Construction ,I already ask the other 2 companies that were the ones that receive my payments and they said they have invoices for the payment made to them as well as I have, If this problem does not resolve between them I will contact you again with information regarding this problem. I still waiting on One World roofing to sign the waiver of Lien that the mortgage company is requesting.

    Im sorry about your frustration and miss understanding, but we have no affiliation with Maraima Construction , we searched the **** website and it shows that company does not have a license to do any ********************** and / or construction work , theyre are the same owners of *** Roofing 1 Inc. 
    Weve asked you for a copy of your contract , proof of payments and yet you have failed to provide neither one. Please provide the paperwork necessary in order to move Foward with your request, since One World Roofing did the work and as you are stating that you paid in full, Im sure there will be no issues providing the paperwork, I will not sign any release.  Meanwhile our lien will stay in place and will be enforced through the legal process, and like I told you over the phone, and through text, please seek legal advice from a professional.

    I need a final inspection and the certification of completion/ invoice for the new roof placed by One World Roofing. Ccc1330134 is the license number if the company. I have paid for the service and didnt receive the documents. I need them for the insurance purposes. I havent receive an answer from the owner to solve this problem and I would not recommend this company at all. Thank you. Alien

    Hello , Sorry for your troubles, can you please provide copy of your contract, proof of payment, you have called and talk to our office staff and yet you have not provided any of the documents we've asked for, also please provide the phone number that you've been calling since I am the owner and have no recollection of talking to you. You will not receive a certificate of completion and/or lien release till we have the paperwork required. Also I will need the name of your sales rep or person of contact.
