  We hired this company named Extreme Flooring u.s.a 11/15/2022 to install tiles at our property they claimed to be professional licensed and insured but we've been scammed. This company damaged my property. The owner hired workers with no experience to perform the job at our house. When they installed the tiles, they mixed thin-set outside without covering the ground and stained all my pavers with cement. They also got cement on our new tiles, walls and screen porch. There's grout missing in many places. Several tiles were hollow after installation the owner named Thiago came to replace one of the tiles how ever he damaged 2 others tiles breaking them. He also removed grout from a tile that he was supposed to come back to replace but never came back. He left the job unfinished and i had to finish some of the installation. The owner Thiago broke a marble piece that was a divider from the dining area he told us he was going to replace but never did. I've contacted the owner asking him to remove the stains but i was told it's our responsibility. They tried cleanig the tiles and pavers they took pictures when the tiles and pavers were still wet so it looked clean but once it was dry the stains came back. They were very rude and ignored us after that. Every time they came here, they damaged something else so we don't want them back. We contacted a after Contruction cleaning company and was told that they were not supposed to let the cement dry that the stains are permanent. So, I had a professional company come evaluate the damages and the estimate to fx some of the damages is $10.752.22 that amount does not include all the damages i will still have some loss. I asked the owners Thiago and Carina for their insurance information and i was denied that information. If needed i can negotiate to $5.000 so I don't have to take this case to court and ill do the job my self. But if i need to take this case to court the amount will be much higher then 10k.
