I had a payment plan established with this business whom is the billing coordinators for Madison R**********. I was contacted by Zotec with a statement that had the wrong balance due. I called to have this looked into and the woman could not find my account info. I had to give her this info. Upon her research she said her automated service said some of my payments had been declined. This was untrue I have my bank statements to prove these went through. I was then informed they need to put in for an investigation on this matter. My payment plan started 11-9-22 and is set to be done 7-9-23. I have had a payment of 94.23 debit from my checking account every 9th since November 9, 2022. This is not my first issue with Zotec nor is it my first issue with Madison R********** and their incorrect billing. Madison R********** have lost checks from my insurance Co. Have charged me for the portion that is written off due to them charging more than what is supposed to be charged. I have spent countless hours on the phone and with my own insurance Co trying to resolve my issues.
