    I booked a family trip, from 04/09-04/15 I paid over 3800 dollars. My children became sick with a very contagious virus on 04/08 I was unable to check into the rental the next day. Due to the unforeseen circumstance something completely out of my control , these ppl refuse to give me back a refund of my money , they said I had seven days to cancel but I booked within the sevens prior to check in so why did that even apply to me.. I have it really hard and do not have 3800 to throw away! I need help getting my money back !

When a last-minute cancellation occurs, that time cannot be rebooked, and the revenue is lost entirely.For exactly these kinds of unforeseen events, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. This recommendation is clearly stated on the booking site and is in place specifically to protect guests in the event of medical emergencies, weather disruptions, or other unexpected situations.While we completely understand this was out of your control, we must follow the terms agreed to at the time of booking.
