    I rented a property managed by Realsource in the ***************** area, and while there were a few positives, overall, my experience was disappointing.The home was not in ideal condition at move-in. There were pest issues and signs of disrepair left by previous tenants. Pest control was only approved because the owner authorized it, not the management company. Future tenants** document everything during your inspection. Take photos and videos of any damage: broken/missing screens, appliance wear, cabinet scratches, stains, etc. ******, a staff member unfortunately, remained a consistently negative point of contact throughout my tenancy. I found her to be rude and unprofessional in her communication, which led me to copy her supervisor, **** ****, on all correspondence in hopes of maintaining accountability. However, interactions with **** were also disappointing. He came across as disengaged and impersonal, often treating me more like a property address than a valued tenant. Upon moving out, I received my security deposit fairly quickly, but $500 was deductedsome of which had no clear explanation. One charge had no explanation at all. The most questionable charge was a cleaning fee, even though I left the property spotless and in better condition than when I received it, with both photos and videos to prove it. I noticed from other reviews that this seems to be a recurring complaint. Ultimately, Ive chosen not to dispute the charges in court. While it would be fair , the time and cost involved simply arent worth it to me. Instead, Im leaving this review in the hope that it helps others make informed decisions when considering them. Keep detailed records of your move-in and move-out conditions. Save every receipt if you purchase (e.g., garage remotes). Dont tolerate unprofessional communication. Call it out. Remember: you are a paying customer and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

    **** poor company I rented from REALSOURCE property management and then place was full of junk HOLES IN THE FLOORS furniture very dirty in had to get rid of all the junk plus paint, clean the nasty old 25 year old carpet s*** brown walls very nasty in had to spend about $2000.00 to make it livable I was there for 5 years and moved because they do NOTHING and then charge YOU $400.00 to clean that they DO NOT DO. ANYTHING AS FAR AS I CAN SEE THEY OWE ME $2000.00 DOLLARS FOR ALL I DID TO MAKE IT LIVABLE.THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU JUST THEM ********* THEY GET $400.00 DOLLARS FROM EVERY Tenant FOR DOING NOTHING .I WOULD LIKE THEM TO PAY ME $2000.00 FOR ALL MY WORK JUST TO MOVE THERE THATS ********************************************* **** ******

    Rude and very unprofessional!!!! My mother may not be the best tenant, but once the property owner passed and the house was taken over by the son things got bad. Lease was signed FEB 2023 and she moved out 9/2023 to come home to take care of her ill sister. My Florida sent 3 payments that I can confirm to date (still waiting on the itemized statement for all payments made) to this place on behalf of my mother and when they filed her eviction, they are charging her for 10 months of rent per her court PPW totaling $5,270.00 - that she never got bc they filed in October and she had already moved out and the house sold the very next day. I say all of this say she called to figure this out and the total had gone up to over $7K and he was not willing to work with her at all and was beyond rude to her about the whole situation. Again, my mom lived there for 10 years on no lease and no problems until the son **** over the property. She has some fault in all this, but they are not willing to work with her at all and she cannot rent even here in **** bc of this eviction. Next step will be hiring an attorney so now this has become my problem bc she is on ****.

    I reached out to real source property manager ******************* requesting information into our own property they asked for a selfie and my driver's license which I spoke to him because I didn't feel comfortable because it's too much scam after talking to him did it what was asked sent me to a property where either someone was living there a squatters than the other place had a red truck there but these are property listed on their site and spoke with someone in the office as well I never heard back for them never got a reply but you guys are taking people driver's license and information and not responding back and now I have to worry about my identity being stolen or anything else no communication whatsoever poor customer service

    They are unprofessional. We are in the process off taking them to court. We are not able to get our deposit back. We were told to take it up with the owners instead. They waited till the contract ended to do so

    This former tenant is sadly mistaken. Their deposit check was returned in full and further, they requested to pick up the check at my office.

    TENANT OR LANDLORD Avoid this company at all costs , they are extremely unprofessional in every aspect of property management. Poor and pathetic customer Service , maintenance management, and communication. They adopt cheapest solutions . They never care unless you start fighting! On top of all this , they are problem creating artists specializing in converting every solution to a problem ! Had an ongoing AC issue for over 3 months , broken AC , continuous leaking caused mold and no one cared . Still have pictures and videos and email threads to prove ! If you are currently stuck with them . Avoid dealing with Eric . He would do anything to avoid doing the job ! He once asked for pictures from the fridge to prove it is not working! How would you prove this type of maintenance request by a picture? He also mentioned the we have a lot of food in the fridge this is why it beaks !! Everyone including the owner knew the fridge is broken except Eric !! After it was replaced we had same amount of food in new fridge and guess what ? It worked and never broke down again ! Read online reviews before getting involved especially as landlord . Bottomline is avoid real source at all costs
