    it's a well-known fact that the Florida Seminole-Orlando post office distribution center is the worst center in the entire postal service and the *********** knows it and don't care. Just type in Seminole-******* in a ****** search and there will be ****** complaints about this place. we order several items either for personal use or our business here in *************** and when a package ends up at Seminole-*******, 9 times out of 10 it will be there for 4 to 5 days providing they don't lose it which has happened a few times. Tracking will show it has arrived at S/O (Seminole-*******), then left S/O, then arriving again a day later, then leaving the next day and then arriving for a 3rd, 4th, and sometimes a 5th time at Seminole-******* before it makes it way to the next destination. It always takes a minimum of arriving and leaving 3 times. Weve had packages arrive there and just disappear (obviously they have a theft problem there), and when you file a lost package claim they just ignore it and never gets investigated. And the finale complaint is if your lucky enough to actually receive your package from this center it usually damaged, crushed, torn open or somewhat mutilated to some extent. Even our local politicians are aware of this issue but seem powerless to do anything about it. I recommend, any package going to or leaving the *************** area to use *** or Fed-ex if you want it to get there safely.

    Delayed package caused by thier mistake. After sitting thier for what seems ages they sent my package to ***** Ybor who sent it back to Seminole where yet again it sits and waits. I cant trust **** and they are not my first choice. I have had zero response from customer ********************** so far.

    THIS PLACE SUCKS ASS & needs to be SHUT DOWN! how is my package delayed in transferring to the next units that’s only a few minutes away. How is that when I call, I cannot get through to anyone as I continue to receive a busy signal no matter the time called. This is ridiculous & to do this, ESPECIALLY during the holiday which is already a stressful time, is sick! They have no regards whatsoever & it’s so unacceptable. The only thing we can do is leave a review that does NOTHINGG! i hope everyone at the center has the WORST rest of the year for all of the stress they’ve caused others!!

    I had two packages go through them about 3 weeks apart. Both completely dropped off the map the second they hit this distribution center. It's a literal black hole and i have had no updates in weeks, even after the seller reached out to them on my behalf. I have absolutely no idea where my things are or if they will be arriving. I wish leaving no stars was an option.

    No matter how hard I looked. It is impossible to find a phone number that someone actually picks up
    No matter how many times you call this whether you connect to the operator or they connect you to the operator all you’re gonna get is a busy signal and a hangup there’s got to be a way that a customer can speak to somebody

    This is where packages go to die. They either get lost, delayed by many days or get shipped out to the wrong address. The employees are clearly incomprtent but what do you expect from a government run institution?

    I have a tracking envelope that was estimated delivery Sat 4/22/2023. I get that it is in transit, arriving late, April 27, 2023 this is the third day changed. They also want me to sign and if I can't i need to identify someone. I live in Georgia and the delivery should be in Florida. I talked to the business that the address envelope to the business. They have no one at the POBox to sign. I don't understand why they can't drop it in the P O Box.

    If my envelope cannot be delivered, they should at least send it back to me. The envelope has my name and address. I have experienced USPS is not the best in getting mail where it is suppose to go and SEMINOLE-ORLANDO FL is in the same category.

    I waited in front of my house for a package that was being delivered, my mail carrier came and had no package for my address. I went online to track it and it said it was delivered. I waited until the next day and went to the post office where the supervisor said the GPS shows it was delivered to your address, so there was nothing else he could do. which is impossible because I was out front and spoke to my carrier!!
    I will not ever go to this post office again!! *** has my business from now on!
