    April 8, 2025 contracted Repipe Specialists to repipe my entire home. Subcontractors came out 04/17 and 04/18 to install pipes. They stated they were finished, but I had to leave for work related business and said i would check when I returned. Subcontractors called 04/25 and I explained I was in a work meeting out of town and would be back Saturday, 04/26. upon return, ******* for the project came out 04/28 to inspect work and found minor issues such as anchoring pipes and putting in check valves. Showed me area master closet of area that he said was a previous leak. I had no previous leaks in that area. Reported on April 30th to ****, that the under sink cold water valve was leaking. Sent video and pictures. Was informed to turn off the water there and that no one could come out until Monday, May 5th. Plumbers came out on May 5th and fixed the leak, but mold had already grown and damage to wall, insulation and vanity had already occurred. Asked that the molded materials be removed. I called out mold specialist and sent information to company to have mold remediation done. it is now June 6th, and I can't seem to get any traction from the company, and they are not returning my calls nor texts other than to say 'I've sent that information in'. I need my house in livable condition again. I'm afraid the moldy area is going to spread and cause respiratory issues for me (age 68) and my dog. Resolution would be to remove molded area and replace as well as complete original contract of replacing sheetrock to open holes left in the walls and ceilings. Currently the master bedroom has an open area that leads to the outside of my house. Unable to fully utilize my living spaces at this time. Going on 2 months now. I've only resorted to BBB as I can get no response from the company.

    Repipe house ! SUPPOSED to be done 04/21/2025! One plumber and helper showed up 3 hours late first day and was told it was scheduled for 2day install not one day as agreed to with salesman! Supposed to be h e re today 04/22/2025 at 8 a.m. to finish job but received text at 7:45 that he is going to be 3 hours late again today!!!! Feel I should receive discount as was lied to or misinformed from the beginning!

I am sorry for the inconvenience that the repipe did extend to the second day, but I hope that the results have been worthwhile. We have spoken with the shop about better planning and communication, as the delay in the mornings is frustrating.

    On approximately Aug.15, 2024, we hired RePipe Specialists to repipe our whole house water lines! The plumbing company came on Aug 19, 2024 and installed all of the water lines that day! But in order to install the water lines, they had to cut holes in the walls! Then we had to wait for the inspector to come, he came to inspect the job on Sept,6, 2024! After that they sent the drywall repair people to repair the drywall and covered the whole area with mud that was taken out, instead of just the seams! The repair people returned yesterday, with an electric sander, spewing dust all over the house! I stopped them right then! They didnt have anything to contain the dust! I also have textured walls and RePipe specialist said they wont texture the walls! On their website, they say Our patch team restores your home to it pre- RePipe condition! ! But was told that they wont do the texture work! Now, Im waiting for the repair people to come back and see what they do, this time! They are using false advertising by telling people theyll put your house back like it was before they touched it! Here it is Oct 25, 2024! Im still waiting!

    Hello,

     

    The response complaint indicated to email a response due to the age of the issue. Please see that response below. Our apologies that this was not updated in the BBB record at the time of resolution.

     

    Our ************* Manager reached out to Mr. ******* to work with him on a satisfactory solution. On 11/20/2024 a change order was filed in the job notes, decreasing the cost of the job for Mr. ******** as part of the resolution to improve the quality of his drywall work.

     

    Mr. Dempseys note also initiated an audit of our website and we are working to clarify the language surrounding the drywall and painting options. We hold our standards to the contract signed with the individual customer, but understand why Mr. ******* was upset.

    I hired Repipe Specialists to repipe my entire house to get a more cheaper insurance. I borrowed the $8,000 to pay these people. They did a very bad job. The toilet in the guest bathroom has hot water instead of cold water when flush. Repipe Specialists completed the job on August 21st. I did not use that bathroom until last week and realize that is hot water coming in the toilet bowl. Whenever I sit on the toilet bowl is pure heat. I called the company, they did not answer. I email customer service and they respond. I told them it is urgent because my light bill is increasing. I emailed the company today and up until now they have not responded. They took my money and did not do a good job. I'm asking you to please tell them to with return my money or complete the job. Serious like a judge. These people act as if they don't care. They are wicked.

    We signed a contract and gave deposit on Monday 7/15 were promised a start date of Friday 7/19 and completion by 7/20, no one showed up had little to no response from company. Then was promised a start date of 7/20 between 8am and 9am and again no shows and no response from anyone.

    I had the company repipe our whole house. Contract was signed on 3-13-2024 for $10,437.00.The company had KBR Plumbing as their subcontractor. During the digging of a new mainline,they broke two places on our irrigation line.They repaired them. When I went to turn that zone on,the pop-*** did not work.When I contacted our salesperson,he responded that is a irrigation problem,not a repipe issue.I explained that it was caused by your subcontractor.He said that he would contact his manager. I never heard another word. I then E-mailed the main office in Orlando. No response.

    Hello, 

    As of June 18, our FSM, *******************, attempted to reach out and follow up. At that time, the status was as follows:


    The mainline was not on the ** contract with the customer. I spoke with KBR and they confirmed they completed a mainline on their own and hit the irrigation line. A crew member was sent out there for service and repaired the line. After repairing the lines, he spent two hours flushing the system - removing the sprinkler heads and allowing for debris to pass. According to this crew member, the irrigation system was working flawlessly when he left at that service appointment.

    Please let us know if you more follow up is needed, or if the issue with the mainline was not resolved to your satisfaction.

    I am rejecting this response because:*********; Sweat  never  reached  to  us. After  talking  to our  salesperson,he said  that  he  would  talk  to  *********; and would  get back to us. The  person  who  repaired  was  the  KBR  installer  who  did our  house  repiping. H e was  already  here. The  system  was  never  working  flawlessly  after  he  nicked  two  spots.  To  this  day,only  a trickle  comes  out  of  that  zone.  Now  I  have  to  hire  an  irrigation  company  to  fix  the  problem that there  subcontractor  caused. Why doesn"t  *********; **********; come  and  see  for  himself.

    Repipe Specialist was hired to complete a total repipe on my home in December, *************************************************************** February 2024 to complete the home repires. While to company was working to lay tiles in the bathroom they found whenere the waterline from the shower was not secured to the framing and stated that the repire was needed to keep the water from leaking inside the wall causing the tiles in both bathrooms to crumble within months.I contacted Repipe and they wanted me to pay $200.00 service call due to the work was completed past their 30 day warranty. I explained the situation and they still refuse to complete the work and they refused to give the contact number and name of the inspector who approved the piping for the work
