I never contacted them or authorized them to have my personal financial information. This raises serious concerns about how they obtained my private ******** ****************** contacted me without consent using private financial information, suggesting either a data breach or unethical data acquisition. Unsolicited refinancing offers are often predatory marketing tactics designed to exploit consumers.Warning to Others:If you're contacted by ****************, be cautious. Do not provide additional personal information. Their ability to contact you with financial details you didn't authorize them to access is suspicious.Potential Data Breach:This contact may indicate a security breach at your financial institution. I'm investigating whether my credit union experienced a breach. If multiple consumers report similar unsolicited contact, it could signal a larger data security incident.Recommended Action:Contact your financial institution directly (using numbers from your official statements) to ask about any breaches. File complaints with the **** and ***. 5 starsI have been using AutoPayPlus for the better part of 3 years now on 2 different vehicle loans and I cant say how satisfied I am with their service. From paying my loan down ahead of time to transferring credit towards a new account they make things so simple. If you need to place a hold on a payment all you need to do is send a text message and it will instantly stop charging your account. If you are looking to build equity quickly and save money on interest this is the program for you. I refinanced my vehicle loan and shockingly there were no fees or penalties. I am extremely happy with making the decision to let these people work for me. Every customer service *** I have had the pleasure of speaking with has been helpful and very friendly. 1 starI am trying to cancel my account with this company and after it taking two days to schedule a call, they never called. Im at my wits end with these people.
