Stay away and know that they do not give refunds even when you rescheduled for the credit and the credited amount is not used to the penny, they take it and do not refund your money. Even if they provide you with poor service like I received with people getting injuries at our original event due to them not securing the bounce houses properly. They did not send knowledgeable staff to assess that the wind would be too much for the event and then still charged me for the convenience fees and taxes for these items. they also did not credit me for the unused items as we told the staff that could not be used due to the weather. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED and should not be trusted with any of your money. A credit that should have been $1082.63 went down to $274.24 then to $639. Neither of their credit total are correct but what do you do when they refuse to give you your money back? Now this rescheduled event is $633.68 and then refuse to give me the $5.32 that I am owed.
