1 starI booked a reservation and prepaid for it. They sent me a receipt and confirmation #. I pulled up to the lot on the day of travel but could NOT gain access to the lot. An employee told me I needed a QR code. I said this is the only communication that I got after reserving and prepaying. He was not helpful at all ! The manager came out and was one of the rudest people I have ever met. Don't let their low prices fool you..STAY AWAY ! 1 starThis is the worst airport parking company Ive ever booked with, my sister and I waited at the airport for an hour with little to no communication from omni do not book with this rental. 1 starI have rented a car from ***** and I did my research and they don't have anything disagreement about what type of insurance you have on you for your car insurance. I arrived to a place where I was confused and asked the driver am I in the right place for USave car rental he stated yes. I went inside and approached the counter and talk to the representative at the counter and said I have a reservation she asked for driver's license and credit card so I presented them and she me to look at the tablet I was confused at first and asked why she states that I need to look up insurance and then I said I already bought insurance through Priceline line and she tells me that is not approved. I said I'm sorry can you repeat that again. She said that the insurance that I paid for is not approved by them. I said why was it offered? She could not give me an answer. She tells me to look at tablet and find insurance I said I have my own insurance from the state I reside in. She told me to look it up on the tablet and I did so. I said I don't see my insurance. She says then you can't rent car. I said excuse me what do you mean I'm confused. She tells me I have to buy their insurance or I don't have a car. Can you imagine coming thousands miles away from home and planned this trip and to come to this place and be denied for insurance that I already paid for through Priceline And then be told we don't have your state's insurance on our list. So I had to pay 400 dollars over budget to buy insurance through them. Where was I and my family supposed to go. I have contacted USave and Omni to resolve this and so far I have been ignored over and over again. Yes I have contacted them through phone and email and no one wants to talk to me and give me a any answer.OMNI Airport Parking Orlando

1 starI was furious! My hardworking was taken advantage of by this company, charged double what he was quoted. When we stopped to ask why it was so high the lady who ran out to the exit gate told us it was tax. When we pointed out that tax could not account for that much of an increase, she said, too bad, that is the fee today. 1 starIt's the worse place to park your car. The people that works at this place are rude. The owner (manager) is more rude even. Treating the customers with not manners. They know when you park at this place is because you are flying soon and you don't have time to complaint. They use this against you. I bought a parking for 5 days at ******* ($ 46 total) and the ** code didn't work at their reading station. They said to me to complaint at ******* and ask for a refund. We were short on time to do so and we need to leave the car at their facility. Our surprise was when we came back they charged us $ 93 and no right to complaints. They charges you whatever they want because you already parked there and they didn't want to solve your issues. If you are thinking to park at this facility please avoid it. 1 starFind an alternative airport parking company! The rate is cheap but you get what you pay for, LITERALLY. They expanded their area to include a large dirt area with HUGE dips and drops that are filled with water whenever it rains. You have to avoid the mud and puddles to get out of your car and get to the front building. Further, their shuttles do not run on any sort of schedule and pickup is almost certain to be delayed. On my last trip, I waited an hour and a half, called the business 6 times, and was told the shuttle was ***** minutes away each time by their third-party service **** from out of the country. It is quite ridiculous to be lackluster at providing the only services that people pay you for! 1 starI paid for a 3 day parking space at this company and when we arrived we had to park all the way in the back dirt area. Then the shuttle had us wait an additional 25 min. to get to the airport and almost made us miss our flight. Upon return we arrived at the airport at 1:20 am and immediately called Omni for pick up and they said they would be there in 15min. And dos not arrive until an hour in a half later after ******************************************* if I didnt like waiting I should have read the reviews before booking. When we went to pick up the car they then added an additional $15 to leave the parking lot although we paid for 3 days and was there within the grace ****** of the 2 hours permitted by their company sign. I put in for 2am. Pick up and they dropped us off at 3:43am. These people are criminal. 1 starI been using Omni Parking for the last 4 years and never had a problem until now. I purchase my spot on the same day and was accepted and parked with no problems. At my return at 12:AM me and another group waited an entire hour for a shuttle and not one on sight. I ended up taking a taxi at 1:15AM paid $25. There was nobody to take me to my car so I dragged my 2 luggage up til the very end of the parking lot, dropped my luggage when got to the rocky no asphalt ground and walked some more to get my car. It was cold and dark and empty no one around. Finally I got my car, picked up the luggage that I left on the asphalt road. Then I couldn’t get out because the QRI code didn’t work at the gate. Then finally I saw a shuttle arriving with the group that was waiting, a complete 1:30 hour late. A man came out of the office and opened the gate with a beeper to let me out. 1 starWe arrived on Christmas Eve with a valid reservation and they said that the lot was full and would not honor it even though we booked parking for this period on July 11 th.It was prepaid . We are elderly and scrambled to find parking so we wouldn’t miss our flight we paid 4 times more because of the timing for the Christmas!
