    Do not waste your money with them. You will not receive what you ordered, they will ignore your requests for replacements, block you from thier social media profiles, and worse.

    I recently placed several perfume orders with Aroma Concepts and am disappointed with the handling of a shipment issue. The package was shipped via **** and has not been received. Despite multiple inquiries, I have been informed that the company considers this outside their responsibility. I would like to clarify that, as the seller, Aroma Concepts is responsible for ensuring the delivery of their products. I am seeking a replacement for the missing item, not a refund. Industry standards suggest that it is generally the seller's responsibility to address such issues directly with the carrier and provide appropriate resolutions to their customers. I hope that this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally.

    I received an order on 1/27/25 of a bundle they were promoting on TIK Tok but you had to order directly from their webpage. When I go the ***************** Noir Set they were both damaged. The sprayer is broken and I am unable to even smell ther perfume. I contacted them multiple times. I eventually got an email saying they would forward my information and pics to the correct department for either a replacement or refund. Shortly after I got text messages with tracking numbers saying, "thanks for choosing us. We know you have been excited about your order. Me thinking they had taken care of it and sent replacements clicked on the tracking numbers, which led me to **** site saying the items had been received on 1/27/25. These were the exact ones I had received that were damaged. I am now stuck with two damaged bottles of perfume, and they were paid for both. Neither was replaced nor did I receive a refund. They have a practice of ignoring people when they send damaged products or the wrong items and refuse to make good.

    I placed an order January 18th during a live event. I had to order directly from the website instead of TikTok shop. I recieved an email from them on the 24th stating one of the fragrances in one of the bundles I ordered was out of stock and I could request a full refund or they could send me my order minus the one they were out of. How can you sell a product you don't have?! I replied back stating I wanted to cancel my order and never heard anything back. I sent numerous emails after that and nothing. It wasn't until I called them out on FB that they responded. They have done nothing but give me the run around since. It's really ashame the way they treat customers, because they have great products. Their shipping times is also ridiculous. It shouldn't take a month to get a package. Be wary of doing business with this company.

    Save your time and money. ***************. Ordered a PREORDER bundle. Well it shipped a week after we were told then they were sold out of half of my bundle, which how? If its a preorder you had a month to order the proper amount of stock. On top of that two other items were damaged. So I reached out to the company and at first everything seemed fine until it came time to actually ship my replacements. They sent a tracking number that never moved. I reached out after two weeks and they said I canceled my order which is impossible because I had no access to my replacement shipment. They then said it would be shipped in 2-3 days and it hasnt and Im now being ignored. I also posted a comment in regards to this (respectfully) to an owner of the companies ****** and she deleted it. They also like to deny refunds once you return a product. So disgusted with this business. Very shady practices. Which is unfortunate because they do have an amazing selection and deals, but at the end of the day Ill pay a little more to be treated like a human being and not a cash cow.

    Ordered perfume via a TikTok live on August 24, 2024. I purchased a set of Lataffa Yara and Yara Tous as well as one other item. It arrived on 8-31-2024. Lataffa Yara was missing. I reached out to customer service with pictures. I was then asked to send photo's. Which I already had, but I took more , and sent them along with asking them to scroll up to see my original photo's. Eventually they said they would mail the missing item. When the box arrived I opened it and it was not the correct perfume. It was the one I already had. I was very disappointed, but reached out to Aroma Concepts and let them know. They replied that they would refund me, and asked me to make a refund request and the would approve it on their end. Didn't happen. Was denied. When I wrote asking why, I was told I would then need to ask for a different kind of refund. I've spent so much time trying to get what I paid for or even at this point a partial refund. I will absolutely NEVER do business with Aroma Concepts FL again. At this point, I feel like this is being done on purpose to get me to just let it go, and give up. It's obvious they really don't care about the customer. I have screen shots of all the interactions. I do not have time to keep filing for this or that. They can clearly and easily refund me or send the correct item, yet they keep playing game. I would love to have this resolved. I did message them stating that I would get to the new refund request they asked me to put in when I had a chance and that I was very disappointed in how this all turned out. I wish I had seen the bad reviews before I ordered. I never would have. Please Aroma Concepts... do what's rite. Send me back my money or the perfume I purchased!

    They're shipping is terrible constantly lost due to **** screwups with no contact to the company besides legit postal service mail. We're in 2024 lost package no way to contact them I'm out 100 bucks garbage company.
