    The bra sizing chart is not accurate and when going through the refund process they only offer another one of their bras as an alternative. After a back and forth for 30 days they stop responding to you although they are the ones not offering appropriate sizing. They do not offer refunds and you are stuck with a size you cannot use. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

    Magic Bra is a scam. Made the mistake of buying 4 bras. Totally ill fitting. No phone number for customer service, only by email, which takes them 2 days or so to get back to you. You can't return for exchange, only to learn you have to spend more $ for another crappy Bra. Reported them when Ad came up online. Wasted ****** on a scam. Their response is the same every time, no resolution or refund.

    Can't email them, can't call them, have no way to get order help. It's been weeks since my order was placed and still nothing has arrived. I am convinced I have been ripped off.

    Their charging ***** to get refund, they want ***** for 1st bra replacement and 5.00 for each additional bra. But will give you $$ back in a code to apply to your order from your purchase. I have no faith in this. I recommend not to buy from this company. I wished I checked BBB. They say 30 days to return customer satisfaction guarantee, yeah for additional dollars. They charge you for the expense of running their business. I requested a full refund. We'll see what happens.

    I was foolish enough to purchase this bra. They aren't even worth the price of the shipping. It took 7 emails for them to offer me half of my purchase price, though I repeatedly said I wanted to return them for a full refund. DO NOT BUY THESE! They said I could donate them, I said I'd would throw them in the trash, as that's all they're good for. The material is very scratchy against my skin. A bad deal all the way around. I'll check with BBB FIRST, next purchase.

    They advertise hassle free return and then try to tell me my only option is to buy a new bra for just the price of shipping and gift my bra to a friend. First of all, disgusting, no one does that. Second of all why would I be interested in buying another poorly made product if I was that dissatisfied with the first? Do NOT purchase anything from this site. Waste of money.

    I am in the process of trying to return this bra that I can use. I've been going back and forth on trying to get a full refund. They want me to pay to ship it back which puts me at a loss. Magic Bra your not conducting a fair or honest solution. Your taking our money and benefitting on an unusable product in my case.
