    Ordered their product November 5, 2024 to ensure it would be here by Christmas. It has yet to arrive. Called them for the second time today. The woman I talked to said shed send me an email with the *** shipping Number. I got the email with no shipping number. Was supposed to have shipped 12/2. Ordered 11/5 with the understanding it would be here in 5 to 7 days. Have also emailed the company with no response.

    On September 14th I ordered a Happy Napper XL from this company. It was $80. They did not provide tracking information but did email me a confirmation number of the order. Since then, since I did joy receive the item, I ordered another one through ******. ******* order never shipped and Amazon emailed me telling me to cancel the order and due to a supply chain issue they werent sure when it would be available to purchase again. So I was charged for the happy napper that I ordered through ******, and I was charged for the Happy Napper I ordered directly from the Happy Napper website, and I have received neither of the orders. This is over $150 spent on your companys products that I have yet to receive. Ive contacted Happy Napper through their support email with no success in getting a tracking number or an estimated arrival time. I have specifically requested tracking information and they will not send it. Its evident that the support email is just an artificial intelligence response not an actual human. Due to it being over a month of purchasing this item and not receiving it (or even a tracking number), I requested a refund. Happy Napper refuses to refund me. Their email said once you receive the order, we can send you detailed instructions on returning it for a refund. So they continue to skirt around the issue which is that they stole my money and the item I ordered is never coming. The logical explanation is that they are fraudulent and they are stealing buyers money.

    Ordered a "Happy Napper" sleeping bag from Googled website "coupleglow.com" on 1/10/2024 for $49.85. I emailed *************************************** on 1/20/2024 when I had not received any info (receipt, shipment confirmation, etc). They responded on 1/21/2024 that it was taking longer than usual, but it would happen. I kept checking in and received similar responses. Last communication was this morning, and still have yet to receive any receipt, shipment info, or the product itself.

    I ordered an Eagle Happy Napper on January 12, **** from Happy Napper Shop. Unknowingly at the time that it was not the official site of Happy Nappers. I never received a confirmation email with order number and also never received a tracking number. The total amount however was immediately deducted from my bank account. I attempted to reach out via email with no response and via phone to which I received a number discounted message.

    I purchased a happy napper which is basically an over priced sleeping bag for kids. I bought it as a Christmas gift. The button was broken. I contacted them multiple times to figure out how we could solve this problem. They continue to ignore me. Id like a full refund at this point. Terrible customer service!
