Avoid this dealership for any kind of service. I brought in my 2020 911 for required 4-year service.
The car was brought in at approximately 9:30 am. I received a text that states the car was ready for pick up at 2:53. that's approximately less than 5 1/2 hrs from start to finish. The total charge was $4413.25. The kicker here is that the parts were only $853.45. They charged labor $3559.80 for approximately 5 1/2 hrs which means labor was $647.23 per hr. lol why be a doctor, be a mechanic for this dealership. The sad point is that they just threw a number out with no support of hrs. actually performed.
To add insult, I received a text approximately 11:20 am same day, stating that one of my back tires has a nail and to fix the tire they will need another. $3693.56. Bringing total for basic service to $8106.81 which is obscene. Basically, they wanted me to change two tires when one only had the nail for $1079.38 and then align & calibrate for an additional $2300.00 again just two tires for $2300.00. When I responded to their text with a no, basically saying do not touch the tires, I received another text within 15 min again, mind you same day, stating they will do for new price of $1194.00 plus tax which is difference of $2499.56. What makes this truly sad is that I had a warranty for the tires that they didn't notify of or honor that would bring the cost for the tire with nail to just a $50 deducible
Bottom line, their concern is not what's good for the customer but more importantly how much they can take you for. To add, everything above is the truth and I have documentation to prove it.

Don't bring your car in for serving a Porsche South Orlando. Not only did they not fix my car after three weeks of it being in the shop, but they also now tell me a needed part won't be in for three more months. They lied to me several times and they actually did damage to the car. Though they killed my battery they submitted claim through a third-party warranty company to have it replaced. Thats not only fraud but they will actually profit from the install of a new battery. I got nothing out of it not even an oil change. They did nothing to try and rectify the issues they just said that's the way it is. Don't trust the service manager. They just don't care, they are Porsche. I get better service at a Walmart! Can I leave less than one star?

Hello, This customer brought in a used 2009 911 that he just purchased from ******* to have it inspected before he made his final decision to keep or return the vehicle. He brought several concerns to our attention and needed us to submit the information to the extended warranty. The quoted service items ended up totaling roughly $10,000. The visit prolonged due to a back in forth with the extended warranty and a mistake on our end for not addressing one concern the customer had. We confirmed another repair was necessary and the extended warranty requested additional information. The vehicle had been sitting for several days and one of the vehicles failures ended up depleting the battery voltage to the point the battery replacement was necessary. The extended warranty agreed with our diagnosis and is willing to cover the battery for the customer as well. No repairs have currently been done to this vehicle, we have not damaged anything on this customers car, and the customer owes no bill as the extended warranty is covering these items. One of the ordered parts for replacement has been back ordered and delayed for several weeks. This is not a safety item as it is a radio, the customer can safely drive the car in the meantime. This customer has been provided a loaner car at no daily cost, so he is not without transportation. The customer has also demanded that I replace his tires, brakes, and full service at no charge due to the delay and I respectfully denied any consideration to this request. The service visit has been lengthy but Porsche South Orlando has done no wrongdoing in business to this vehicle or customer.

The customer has a right to be upset because of the length of time this has taken. This simply is a case of customer service nothing to do with business wrong doings. We would never claim a repair if we were at fault or caused damage to a car. The vehicle came in and yes, the battery died, but that was not caused from us. The extended warranty would not agree to cover it if there was suspicion of customer or dealer wrong doing. We even paid to expedite the radio for the customer out of our pocket as the delay from Germany would be 3 weeks now it is set for next week.

Again, more false information. The car was brought in to address five specific concerns. The service representative did not take any notes and forgot about three of original problems. Porsche submitted a claim for over $12K since it was third part warranty claim. I reached out at least three times to ask about the original issues. That process took an additional two weeks and was only resolved because I had to call the warranty company four times. That was Porsche's responsibility, but they dropped the ball twice which resulted in additional delays. The warranty company called Porsche three times trying to get additional information, but they failed to return the call. I had to call the warranty company to ask about the delays three times but each time the actions fell on Porsche which they failed to act. In addition, when I was told my car would be ready and went to pick it up it would not start. The battery was dead because Porsche had done something so that the radio was draining the battery. The battery was fully functional prior to this. Porsche could not jump start the battery because the engine hatch release was broken. One of the reasons I brought the car in for repair. Since they failed to fix that item in over two weeks, they could not access the battery and the car was inoperable though it was running smoothly prior to bringing to Porsche. Because of Porsche's neglect the battery was dead. Porsche then filed a false claim and stating that the radio was responsible for the dead battery. Not true. Both were operational prior to bring to Porsche Now neither one is functional. Porsche mislead the warranty company to have them pay for the new battery which will profit Porsche. I was told my car would be fully repaired and now they say that because of supply issues it will take an additional three months. Clearly, they have no idea of their own supply chain. If they had investigated the radio when I first mentioned it three weeks ago I would have at least known about it and may have taken a different action. I have not seen or driving my car in over three weeks due to the service departments ineptness and lack of attention. If i didn't do their job for them they would have just let the car sit. They have done nothing to try and rectify the problem. Just saying they are working on it. The statements made by Porsche in response to my original complaint are just plain false. Don't do business with them.

They are responsible for the battery. How they wrote it up to claim it was the faulty radio is part of the deception. The battery was fully operational when I brought it in. All I can say. I wouldn't know about the radio coming in next week. Again, in three weeks they only called once with a status and that was another delay. Ive had to repeatedly call to get a status on the car. The delays were not fully the fault of the warranty company. Porsche submitted two claims. Each time I called on the status they said they were waiting for the warranty company. After 2-3 days I called back still waiting. I call the warranty company and they tell me they have a call into Porsche for information. I then have to call Porsche to have them call the warranty company. They call and its done. This occurred twice resulting in a a weeks lost time because Porsche never followed up with me of the warranty company. In addition, if Porsche had put in a claim for the original issues which I had explained several times they could have had all claims approved but because they were derelict.it took an additional week to get the claims adjuster back out to the dealership. Im upset because of their dereliction and negligence in this matter and their refusal to make and type of compensation for their poor performance. I just bought the car and haven't seen it in over three weeks. Im making payment on a car I cant drive. This experience has been such that I wish I never purchased the car. . .
