I purchased a used 2016 ****** Maxima on February 6, 2025, along with a bumper to bumper warranty which includes ac repair. On April 2, the ** stopped working. I was told to bring it to ******. I paid a $270 diagnostic free bc the ac want covered. I took it back to dodge for repair and paid a $100 deductible + 90 for an additional part to prevent the problem from coming back. I picked the car up on 4/15/25. On 5/8/25 the ** went out again. This time, the alternator, compressor, serpentine belt and other components were tripped and I picked up on May 12. On May 14 the ** went out again. I called and spoke to a manager named ***** on May 19 and she promised to follow up with me and is now avoiding my calls. I want the car to be repaired at ****** since Dodger doesn't know what they're doing but I don't want to cover the cost.

On May 1, 2023, my husband and I purchased a 2019 ******* Nautilus from Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Orlando, sourced from their sister company, ****** of Lakeland. Within a week, I noticed the car slipping and driving abnormally. A months later, during an oil change at a ******* dealership, metal shavings were found in the oil, indicating transmission issues. ******* confirmed the car needed a new transmission. The car remained at ******* from May 2024 to November 2024 about seven months. After receiving it back, the transmission still slipped. The car stalled several times Despite repeated service visits, the issues persist and have worsened. Through the ******* app, we discovered the cars full history: The most recent owner even brought it to **** for transmission clutch and axle problems, but no repairs were completed. Weeks later, the car was traded to ****** of Lakeland and sold to us by Dodge Orlando without disclosing these major issues. We contacted both dealerships multiple times. Both denied responsibility, claiming it was out of their hands. *******s corporate case center said the vehicle doesnt qualify for Lemon Law protection because its a 2019 model. We have been burdened with an unsafe, defective car, without accountability from Dodge, ******, or *******. Since *******s supposed repair, the car has slipped and stalled while pulling into traffic with my children in the car, causing several near-accidents and ongoing fear for our familys safety. Despite paying for a vehicle in good faith, we were sold a car with major, undisclosed defects, and no dealership has resolved the problem.****** ****, the Dodge Orlando salesperson who sold us the vehicle, later claimed to be promoted to sales manager and said there was nothing he could do. Months later, he no longer worked there.

I made a Tuesday appointment for my 2022 Jeep Gladiator, still under warranty. When I called, I asked about transportation services and was told I would be provided a rental through Enterprise. When I dropped my vehicle, I waited approximately an hour until they could get my rental arranged. I was told that if they arrange the rental it would be covered under my warranty but if I went myself, I would have to "fight Jeep Dodge for reimbursement." I was then told that their only driver was unavailable and that it would be at least another 45 minutes for me to get a ride to Enterprise 1.5 miles away. I took an **** and rented myself. I called on Wednesday around noon for a status update and was instructed that my assigned service advisor was off for the day and that only he could give me a status update. I asked to speak to the service manager, who was in a meeting, and asked him to call me. He never did. I called back later in the day, he was still in a meeting and never called me. Thursday, I received an alert my service was complete. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. AS OF THURSDAY AFTERNOON, THEY STILL *****'T EVEN LOOKED AT MY VEHICLE FOR THE MAIN PROBLEMS. Meanwhile, I'm paying for a rental for it to sit. Got the vehicle back Saturday, they fixed one thing, said they couldn't replicate a noise I was hearing. I heard it as I was pulling out of the dealership. Truck now has tire noise that was not there previously. Took to a tire shop and they identified a bad shock which was likely the source of the squeaking noise I was hearing. I called and they cautioned I'm close to being out of warranty. "If you're at ******, it will not be covered." I cited this was a previous issue under warranty they never resolved. They were checking to see if they have my shocks in stocks and would call me back. That was Thursday. Today is Sunday and I never heard from them. Worst service I've ever received at a dealership and am concerned they are not going to honor warranty.

The worst car buying experience ever. First, it took them almost a week to get my car ready, since i live on the east side, I was told they were gonna deliver the car to me, but then when they finally got the car ready, they said they cant deliver, so i had to drive over to pick it up. Then I found out my PHEV did nothave the charger inside, took a while month back and forth, they shipped a charger to me, and it was a jeep Wrangler charger when I bought a Chrysler Pacifica. My sales person stopped replying my text or call since then, and calling the dealer didnt get me any further either. I went to the dealership, dropped off the charger on a sunday, was promised i was gonna get a call back on monday, that didnt happen. I waited another week, called again, was told everything was straighten out, i was defininetely gonna receive my charger. Two weeks later, still nothing. Now it's been two months sinve I bought the car and I still dont have a charger. I called today at 2pm, was told sales manager was gonna call me back, still nothing. at 4:30, I called again, asked to speak to the sales manager, he had the gut to ask me why they never received a call between me getting the wrong charger and now!

Starting date: October 30th. I brought my jeep here to be diagnosed for a noise it was making that wasn't normal. They determined it was the power steering pump. Replaced it. I took it home and the noise was still there. They had me bring it back in the end of the following week so I could do a test drive with their shop manager, so he could hear the noise (which was confirmed) I was told the pump they installed must be faulty and the bolts they used were *****. I had to wait for another pump to arrive (5 business days later), when it did, it arrived damaged. (Two weeks total without my vehicle and no courtesy vehicle offered) They ordered a new power steering pump in addition to the "steering gear box" which they determined had faulty valves. I had to bring it back a third time. on Tuesday 11/26/24 They installed the gear box and the new power steering pump and my car is still making the same noise. I was told that it must be the power steering pump and they have to replace it again to rule it out, so they would have to order another one. That was two days before Thanksgiving. I didn't hear anything yesterday, (Monday 12/2) so I tried contacting them today. I have reached out to my service advisor multiple times today and I've been "ghosted" This is absolutely ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves! My jeep is still making the same noise I brought it in for, and now they won't return my calls. Disgraceful!! This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership.

I purchased a new truck from this dealership with the understanding that they would install leather seats in the vehicle this was written into the contract. The leather seats have not been installed. I've reached out to the dealership many times regarding this issue. I never received any callbacks or response. I want this dealership to install my leather seats or refund me the cost it will take to install the leather seats in my vehicle.

10/27/2024 I paid this business ***** dollars as a down payment on a car signed paper work for the car and the car was supposed to be delivered to my residence the next day. The next morning I get a phone call they sold the car I put the payment down on. I told them to cancel the sale because I did not want any other vehicle they were offering. I have attempted to contact managers and ask about my money back with no response and have continued to get the run around. I want my money back.

8/19/24 my car was towed to Dodge due to heating issues. I was sent a text message by my service advisor ****. At 7:08pm, no follow up so I asked for an update and was told there wasn't any. It wasn't until Wednesday I received an update and it had to do with heater hose and it was recommended to change thermostat as well. I had to get a rental car in the mean time. Throughout this whole time, I am getting no follow up unless I am asking. Wednesday I asked for a status, no parts, Thursday I ask for a status and was told *** on parts is today and latest repair completion tomorrow, Friday. All day Friday no update I asked only to find out no parts arrived; why couldn't that be communicated?? So here I am going on a week without my car and with a rental. Spoke to ***** and she refunded some of the rental expense. I go pick up my car and found water bottles all over, and my check engine light STILL ON! Since I had to go to work, I text **** right away and was told to bring it back, and I did. I go in to speak to a manager, I was told to wait for ***** to come in, which took an hour and still no manager. They then had me speak to ****** (service manager). They ran the code and it said Humidity Sensor. He then told me they can get me a price for replacement. Why would I have to pay for that? They had my car for a week, ran multi-point inspection/ran the codes, gave me a diagnostic, I agreed to the fix, only for you to negligently give me my car back with the engine light still on and now requesting more money on something you missed? They have wasted my time and I spent $1,534 for repair only for them to miss something. I do not want ***** ****** or ****** contacting me. I need a personnel from corporate to contact me so I can get my car fixed as intended when I brought it in. I am requesting a different Dodge dealership fix my car at no additional charge OR refund me the labor so I can take it to another dealership of my choice.
