  I hired this company to move me from *****, ** to *******, **, and they engaged in deceptive and unethical practices. I initially paid a $300 deposit, but on moving day, they demanded $650 more in cash or money orderdespite accepting the deposit by phone. I found this suspicious, but they claimed it was the only option.After loading my items, I was put on the phone with "****** ****," who said I now owed $2,128 in cash, raising the total to $4,109 without explanation. She refused to provide an itemized receipt, and the movers would not release my items unless I paid. They charged for 400 cubic feet of space when my items only took up 350, and after I pointed it out, the cost dropped. They were inflating charges and holding my belongings hostage.Before delivering my items, they demanded $900 by wire transfer, increasing the total to $4,463, claiming the cubic feet increased after transferring the items to another truck. Again, they refused to deliver unless I paid upfront. I requested the contract and an itemized list of my items, but they never provided it. Thankfully, I had a copy.When they arrived, I told the movers not to unload until I verified the cubic footage, but they began unloading without my consent. After unpacking, I found that a box containing over $6,000 worth of my winter clothes was missing. I filed a claim immediately.The company said they had 90 days to resolve the claim, but after following up multiple times, they stopped answering my calls and blocked my email. They have made no effort to address my missing items or reimburse me.This company engages in suspicious payment practices, inflates costs, and ignores legitimate claims. They took advantage of me, and I strongly urge others to avoid this company.

  This company is terrible. Do not use them. I was given a quote if $3,800. The price kept changing and we had to keep paying more money When they picked up our stuff I thought they were headed to **** with our stuff. No they took it to *************** to a storage warehouse where it was unloaded and stored for several days. Then we got a call they would not release it until we wired them a huge amount of money . We went to the *************** who called them and talked to *****. He is a scammer. The sheriff said if we wanted our stuff to pay now and after we get our stuff call every news agent in *******. We wired the money and we were told the movers were on their way and we had to pay another huge amount of money before they would take it off the truck. When our things arrived 5 days late, they were handled in a very poor manner. Many of our furniture pieces were broken and almost all of it had big gouges and the finish chipped off. I called them and was told to take pictures and weigh everything and they would pay us .60 a lb and gave us less than 48 hours to have the form turned in. Our final bill with them was over 4 times the original bill and what we have is broken up furniture. They dont care. They are awful. If you read this and ask them about their reviews, they will tell you they were written by competitors to make them look bad. We are real dissatisfied people and they are awful. Dont use them.

Your move was based on a space reservation along with any additional fees that *** apply that are listed. When you receive a call from ****************** this process is explained.   this company is totally unprofessional. I got quoted one price and when the move was taking place my price tripled. I had to literally Zelle the Movers money right then and there or not they were going to not do the job and I had to fly out the next day with my child and dog, I had to leave items that were my sons bed his gaming desk and start giving away stuff on the spot to try and save money. My son was crying. when the second ************** came, they said they couldnt fit in the huge complex , so I had to pay a shuttle fee of almost $2000. I told him we could get a U-Haul and just put everything in there and he said no we cant do that. But. then again thats what he did and end up getting immigrants from ********** to move the items into my house. I had to translate to the immigrants while he sat down and literally talked c*** about me to his friend on the phone, but I didnt want to pay . These were not professional movers, and I paid all this money and my stuff was damaged. I shouldve just drove my own U-Haul truck and I wouldve avoid a lot of stress and anxiety. I dont know how this company is still in business being allowed to do this to people. My bed God damage my dressers got damaged my entertainment center got broken stuff boxes are missing , this is the worst nightmare anybody has out of state . I was literally throwing up from the stress of it all, and having to borrow all this money last minute from my family.

  Today's move movers are scammers. Saying they are con artists would be giving them too much credit. They will quote you a low price and then extort money from you while holding your belongings hostage.

  This company is a total thieving scam. Me and my husband were quoted for a move for $950. The man we spoke with who I assume is the owner kept going on about how he's just "trying to save us some money" how my husband would get a discount for being a veteran...how another discount would be added because I am a nurse. We sent a $400 deposit and was told the balance would need to be paid cash. He asked us about the items we would be moving asking if we had any uncommon items like pianos or antique clocks...we were very specific about our items as far as 3 beds 1 king, a kitchen table, small couch and some boxed items.The movers arrive and 1 of them is Complaing the entire time how "let's go because I'm ready to go" to his partners. They get our items loaded and then we are slapped with a $3800 bill and they are demanding only cash or money order. The experience with this company was atrocious and I would advise anyone looking for movers to keep it moving as these people are professional scammers. I will be contacting a lawyer.

  These people go by many names and currently have an injunction entered against them that prevents them from operating in ******* and they are doing it anyway. You can find articles about the person running this company in the *************

  SCAMMERS! A quote was made over the phone with everything that was to be moved, then once the movers put all of the contents in the truck, the office was called and the movers falsified the contents in the truck. The movers then told me to look at the email sent from the office and the quote now was tripled. The movers would not move to the destination until the invoice was paid in CASH! Once the cash was given to the movers, then the movers continued to the destination, but more money was demanded because 15 minutes went by to get the cash. The movers drove extremely fast and then the movers started throwing my items all over the place. No consideration that I had fragile written on some of the boxes. Once the movers received the money upfront they didn't care about my contents. This moving company charge me for 7 hours when it only took 5 hours. The moving company now wants me to file a claim for the damages and the over charge of 2 hours which will take 30 - 60 days to resolve. What a SCAM!!! DO NO T USE this moving company.

  This company is the absolute WORST! I was told to pay up front 70% of the original price, yet when all the items were loaded that 70% I paid disappeared and then I had to pay TRIPLE the amount. The amount of BS that was in this was INSANE! Never use this company EVER they are the worst moving company in the world. The drivers may be nice but its all to hide the fact this company rips you off and scams you by putting tiny hidden details in the contract. I will NEVER use this company ever again and I suggest you do the same. The boss was the absolute worst she was so rude and ignorant when I called her. I broke down seeing the insane amount of charges I was given as soon as my stuff was loaded onto the truck. They claim they arent the same as other moving companies but they are worse! So many hidden fees and shams! Please, I implore you, dont make the same mistake as me using this company. I was cheated, lied to, and scammed. They may not care about my complaints but I still must let everyone know that this company is a HUGE SCAM!!!

  SCAMMERS!!! LIARS!!! CHEATERS!!!!Quoted $1299 initially then after truck loaded emailed me updated cost sheet $3400! Boss lady ***** was very rude and obnoxious. I refused to pay so she threatened that they would take my belongings warehouse charging $250/ daily. The contracted driver was apologetic and stated this is a common problem with this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
