    I purchased a metal shed. My customer service representative performed her duties in a highly commendable and professional manner. She was expertly knowledgeable and helpful in insuring that I got the right building that I wanted and needed. The entire process from order, plan processing, code enforcement requirements, permitting and delivery was completed by service representative in a timely, professional and efficient manner. My service representative was very unselfish with her time and work load and kept me informed during the entire process. This service representative represented Factory Direct,Inc. in a highly professional and friendly manner. This was an excellent and rewarding experience for me.
