  I did the *** procedure twice, no improvements been made and its been a year. I followed all the instructions given and now they want me to get another procedure again

  I receive the procedure that was advertised if I got Lipo, I would get it transferred to an area on my body. That was very important to me that I wanted to enhance when I received the procedure of Lipo. I was then turned around and told that some for some reason that I could not get that transferred, I believe the medical advisor but something told me to get better quote if I somewhere else, they told me that it couldve been transferred no matter what. This is when I realize they had no intention on transferring because when I came to them and said, can I get something else for the service that I did not receive or even lymphatic drainage massage or something I did not receive because I got a procedure I did not want and was unnecessary before even consulting With them to get this procedure, Ill wait 125 pounds .I have to gain 30 pounds just to get this surgery and I did not need to do that. I couldve just went to the gym and had a fat stomach. I didnt need to go through this whole thing spending money on massages, drainage and expensive , Faja. For them to tell me that theres nothing they can do or give me because I only paid for Lipo. The transfer was free. I would never. Have paid for Lipo if I was told ahead of time that this was an option that something like this would have happened. I wouldve never took that risk and for them telling me my price 2500 and give me a pay an extra $500. I met with rudeness and over my money like Im getting a discount or something.

  My daughter got canceled the day before her arm lipo because the Doctor got COVID. She flew in from out of town booked a hotel and accrued other expenses related to her trip to Orlando for this procedure. They found out Doctor had COVID first thing this morning but my daughter still got a confirmation text confirming her appointment's for tomorrow with conflicting times. She calls around 1:30 only to be told her procedure was canceled. After multiple attempts in trying to speak to the person in charge with no returned calls of course we finally got a call back saying that the Doctor did not feel comfortable just wearing a mask and performing the procedure. We were confused we never asked for him to do the procedure with COVID. The customer service at this place is the worst of the worst. They want to change the date the day before surgery for next week, mind you my daughter is in the Airforce and needed clearance from her commander on down for this procedure. If it was the other way around and she would have canceled the day before because she was sick she would have lost all of her money. All we want at this point is to get our money back. No refunds??? Really?? I’m sure there is room for exemptions and this company is not just money hungry not caring of considering customer care. The way they handled this was very very rude and disgraceful and it’s hard to believe they are still in business being so rude and heartless with their customers.

  0 stars for my experience. 5 stars for the staff during massages.
  
  I had my 360 lipo bbl at smooth body contour. that **** was no joke. I've had 3 children, and one was damn near natural because the epidural didn't fully take. And getting my bbl was the worst pain I've ever been in. They numb you where they're going to make the incesions, then they make the incesion which you don't feel. But when they go to numb the rest of your stomach that was the absolute worst. You can literally feel the stick thing going under your skin. It felt like I was being stabbed and then the knife was being dragged across my body over and over. Once your numb all over, the actual lipo part you don't feel anything but pressure. Except in the parts that didn't take to the numbing, which was a sharp pain. And the fat transfer part was hell. They injected it with a syringe and I don't even know if I was numbed in those areas. I was crying throughout the whole procedure. When I had my first massage I was crying as well. The second massage was only a little better, but it still hurt bad af. They told me the first was always the worst, but I was not expecting this level of pain. This whole thing was the worst pain I've ever experienced in my whole life. Spend the extra money and get put to sleep. This is the type of thing where it hurts so bad your brain makes you forget the pain you were in.

  Thank you for sharing your experience, beautiful. We do our best to provide each patient with comfort and amazing results during SmoothLipo. Your results are amazing! And the staff did a great job providing extra care and comfort. Beautiful, it does not matter if you opt to do a BBL surgically or our method of non-surgical; you still have to go through recovery. The difference between our procedure and surgical BBL is the short-term downtime. Recovery with us is only three days versus a Surgical BBL of 6 to 8 weeks. Also, with SmoothLipo, you are not risking your life on a surgical table under general anesthesia.
  
  If you struggled with SmoothLipo, unfortunately, you would have had a more challenging time recovering from an actual BBL surgery

  The staff was amazing. And they receive 5 stars. But my experience being awake during the lipo is what gives y'all a 0. I was told I would be numb during the procedure. But wasn't told how I would be numbed until it was already happening.
