            Vaxcare claimed my daughter was not insured for her vaccinations and sent my wife numerous bills and several calls. We contacted our pediatrician and the insurance company. Both stated our daughter was covered for her vaccinations but Vaxcare continued to contact and send bills to my wife. I contacted both our insurance company and the pediatrician to have them contact Vaxcare. I was even on hold for over 15 minutes with our insurance company waiting to hear back from them. I attempted to call several times as well. I finally heard from them after submitted an email request. They asked for my daughters information and never responded again. I attempted to contact them several more times. My wife (******) at one point paid a bill we shouldn't have had for $115.I would like to get this matter resolved and refunded the money as the insurance coverage was in effect at the time of this and everything should be in order according to the parties involved.

            This organization should be shut down. They give vaccination shots to healthcare offices for free, then charge patients directly. Extremely hard if not impossible to get a refund. Insurance companies will not pay them. I am now questioning how much my doctor and his office is acting in my best interest. $225 for Hep A and B shots???? I called my doctor and they told me to ignore them.
